Best Baltic Hotel Palanga

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the center and in a quiet area away from the crowds of noisy tourists. The breakfasts were very good, with plenty of everything and a good selection of dishes. The room was a bit cramped, but clean and odor-free, with everything you need for a good rest. We only saw the hotel staff upon check-in, but that's not bad.

Room was very small but cozy. It is been about a week that I try to get an invoice from this hotel. Out of 10 calls they only picked up one time. They almost not responding to emails. Communication is just plane bad. They don't clean every day and even if they do clean they skip cups in the room.

All Its Good ?

The location is really well. It is an old hotel that is badly in need of renovation. There is no way it should still present itself as a 4-star property. The hotel was clearly understaffed, and the rooms lacked cleanliness. The bedroom and bathroom windows of our room faced the hotel’s lounge area, where guests are allowed to smoke—this made our room reek of cigarettes.

It was not clean.

Very nice breakfast, bike rental only 10 Euro, very clean. Great location only a few minutes walk to beach and the town.

There was smell from bathroom drainage.

Location Dirty…dirty and dirty. No room cleaning. Leaking roof. No hot water or very lukewarm. No AC. I understand it’s old and run down slightly, but they take no pride into maintaining cleanliness or upgrading cheap stuff like toilet roll holder, bins or toilet seats that are stained from urine ?.. how did it get four stars?

Receptionist was very helpful and advised where to park. The breakfast was decent. Room was clean. Pillows were big and comfy. Beda were very soft, too soft for a longer stay.
