Location is good, short walk to the large piazza with restaurants, shopping and trams. Bed was on the soft side, bothered my wife but I liked it. Pleasant owner did her best for us. Room is very small and most suitable for one person travelling light. We are a couple with a lot of luggage that we needed to leave downstairs. Room is cluttered with many used books, table, small fridge, shelves and although I am only 5'10" I banged my head on shelving over the bathroom sink and also getting out of bed. It was an odd night with a touring theatre group (lovely people we met over breakfast the next morning) singing or chanting until 11:30 PM. We were travel weary so did not find the stay as restful as we had hoped. We booked for two nights but stayed only one.
