Hotel Al Prato

Nice place. Good breakfast. Silent surrounding. Inside sound proof is poor! You can here people talking from the other rooms. A bed is not comfortable! It looks like it should be changed.

The hotel was directly across from Prato Della Valle. Very quiet. Next to beautiful San Guistino church. And a huge Despar market was 2min walk. The breakfast was great. Online pics don't reflect how tastefully and artisticly decorated the hotel was! Nothing

The hotel is located in the city center, close to all main attractions. The staff is very kind and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel. There is truly nothing negative to say about this hotel

Value for money

We had a spectacular time at the Hotel Al Prato! The hotel is probably the best 3-star hotel (and better than many 4-star hotels) we've stayed at in Italy...and we've stayed at a lot. The location is a beautiful area, just off the incredible Piazza della Valle, and very near the majestic Basilica of Saint Anthony. It's also only a few minutes walking to the main shopping/eating street of Padova which takes you to the university and Piazza delle Erbe in about 10 - 15 minutes. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops, cafés nearby, as well as a Spar supermarket. The hotel is very clean, our room was quite large (the bathroom was huge) and included a sofa. The staff is extremely friendly and are willing to help with any questions or an evening tea. The breakfast was also quite nice, and had plenty of options for our 4-night stay. Nothing, we enjoyed everything about Padova and Hotel Al Prato!

Missing the fridge in the room. It is not the deal breaker. It was hot outside and ot qould be nice to have cold drink waiting in the room.

A great little hotel right by the biggest square with private parking behind a locked gate next to the botanical garden. So you are in complete quiet area and just a few steps from the centre. It's a great choice, we will stay here again on our next visit :) Nothing

Al Prato is a three star hotel, rooms are simply decorated but everything is super clean and looks recently renovated. The location is convenient. Breakfast is based on "essentials" but for me it had everything I needed. The key card I was given was cracked and fixed with simple tape, which actually was about to break down in pieces. It was the only thing that didn't look consistent with the good conditions of the rest of the hotel.
