Hotel Giotto

We stayed at the Hotel Giotto for two nights in June as part of a railway tour across Italy, France, and Germany. We were very impressed. The hotel is conveniently located to explore the main historical sites in the old town, within 10 minutes’ walking distance from the Basilica of St. Anthony. Our room was clean and well equipped, on the first floor, with a small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel, which we used both evenings. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with lots of choice, and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and very helpful, including in the breakfast area and at reception. They let us leave our bags after check-out so we could visit one last historic site before moving on, and then they called a taxi for us when we got back. A great value, perfect base to explore Padua.

Very close to themain attractions. 15 minute walks. The room and bathroom were very clean. Nice touches in the bathroom, Toothbrushes, shaving kit etc.

I liked absolutely everything!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near St. Anthony’s Cathedral and the Botanical Garden. A very good hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The room had all the necessary amenities, from soap and a shower cap to disposable dental kits, and even a disposable razor with shaving gel, which was a nice touch. There is also a minibar in the fridge. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The parking was conveniently located just around the corner, monitored by cameras, and under the trees, so the car stayed in the shade. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of different options to choose from. We also really appreciated that when we arrived, our room was already nicely cooled. Since it was 38°C outside that day, walking into a cool room was such a thoughtful and welcome detail. Overall, we felt very comfortable and well taken care of during our stay.

My room was small, but it has all I need. The bed was confortable, room was clean, and the staff very welcoming. There are also rooms which are bigger in size, so you should check the options available when booking the room. Small room
