1. Location right in front of the Padova Train Station. Recently renovated hotel, with clean and spacious rooms and toilets. 2. Windows were sound proof, although in front of the bus station and train station, you could hardly hear anything inside. 3. The bus and tram stops are close by, very easy to travel to the chapel and the basilicas. 4. A very good base to stay and travel to Venice and other places in the region. 5. Car rental hub (Autonoleggio) is just 100 metres away, can rent a car there. 6. KFC and Mac are just below the hotel, and so many other restaurants are nearby. 7. Decent breakfast onsite, it's better to get loaded before traveling out. Nothing.

Clean and updated large rooms with great staff. Very comfortable stay. Directly across from train station for a fast getaway. We stayed here and took train to Venice. Super easy. They also store bags.

Feel very much welcomed

The By Pillow Hotel was a good choice for us. I was concerned after reading some bad reviews about the hotel, but our experience was very good! It seems that the hotel was completely renovated. The room was very spacious, with high ceilings. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. In terms of location, it was extremely convenient for us because it is located directly in front of the station (it’s a great option for those who want to visit Venice and Verona). We didn’t feel unsafe in that area, but it’s not the most beautiful area in the city. -

Very clean, very comfortable, super helpful staff. Spacious rooms.

Bed is very comfortable and room has sufficient storage and power outlets to do some computer work. The availability of storage lockers for arrival before check in is a good option. Also, this hotel is just a short walk away from the Trenitalia train station which is very convenient for travelers. None.

The location near the train station was convenient but it was very noisy late into the night.

Location For everything, the client must wait, either for the air conditioning to come or for the hot water to take a bath

The room was nice , big and clean. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The Hotel location was walking distance from the train station and a lot of the most popular places. That we couldn't stay longer

Very clean

- It was very close to the train station. - The rooms were pretty ancient and the equipment minimal. There wasn't any kettle/coffee machine for instance. The working desk was quite small. - The lift was incredibly ancient and small too. - Didn't have a 4* feel. - The neighborhood was a little shady (nothing too bad though).

Perfect location to Train and local transportation. Breakfast was amazing.

Staff was helpful. Room was very good. Walking distance to fast food restaurants. Very convenient to walk to the Giotto frescos at Scrovegni chapel. Busy, uninviting building front on a large tram and car intersection by the main bus/train station. At times, many young people idling around the sidewalk. Have to carry bags up a few steps to reach elevator.

Location since I wanted to stay close from train station. This is steps away from station. The shower could have been upgraded. I would love to see the second elevator working.

Close very to the Station easy tram or walk to Skrovegni Chapel and museums. Staff good and helpful. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Had to ask for kettle and tea making. Bar tiny in reception. We had a room overlooking side street. Lot of shouting till late evening. Not sure what they were selling but could make a pretty good guess.
