Near the tram stop which goes directly into the city. Poor breakfast - stale crossiant with jam and butter. Freshly made coffee. Not the safest area.

If you are expecting a sophisticated luxury hotel - this is not the place you want to stay. If you want to stay somewhere stuck in the 90s (in a good way) this is exactly where you should come. The staff is very friendly. Near the tram stop which goes directly into the city. Poor breakfast - stale crossiant with jam and butter. Freshly made coffee. Not the safest area.

Small breakfast was included. Very friendly atmosphere Room and bed was very small. Not a problem for me but a big person might struggle somewhat

Good location, not far from train station. The hotel is fairly clean. Hotel is quite outdated. Internet was pretty much inexistent in room farthest from the router. Breakfast was disappointing.

The hosts were friendly and very patient with the language barrier (I don't speak any Italian). The room was cozy and well furnished, and the building (corridors, breakfast area) was charming. They were happy to accommodate last minute check-in changes due to a flight cancellation and an unusual check-out time and went out of their way to make sure I could have a cup of tea, check out, and catch my taxi in plenty of time before an early morning flight. The booking.com information about the city tax (which said it was to be paid by card) was incorrect, as they needed it in cash. There was some street noise at night, and it is far enough from city center that solo travelers (like me) may feel a little nervous walking there alone in the dark.

I stayed here for 2 nights in Nov and really enjoyed it. Great location near the station and the room had everything I needed. Brilliant shower, cosy bed and a lovely Italian breakfast in the morning with superb coffee. Nothing, everything was just great.
