Low water pressure and clarity problems

This place was soooo lovely. The walk around the property down to the ocean, through the Cypress Tree tunnel was magical. The coffee machine was amazing. I was able to make a cappuccino whenever I needed it. It was quiet, peaceful. Loved the garden. Breakfast was nice and the two bedroom suite was much nicer and bigger than we had thought it would be. Would love to return someday.

Excellent hotel that is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property is in great shape and the staff are outstanding. The only “downside” is that you will need a car to get around otherwise be prepared to walk / ride a bike - but if you’re looking for a place to just put your feet up and let the days pass you by, it’s tough to find better!

Location location

Excellent choice for a short stay. Very quiet and pleasant perfect for relaxation. Very clean and with friendly staff. Nice garden and very close to a very nice walking trail. Nice restaurants close by.

Everything from the booking experience to the checkout experience was perfect. The breakfast was wonderful, as was the afternoon social gathering with wine. The gardens on the property are lovely. The sound of the ocean in the distance is peaceful and the hospitality of the staff was definitely noteworthy!

We had a lovely one night stay here. The location was amazing - we enjoyed walking down to the tide pools and to see the seals on the beach. The property was beautiful and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty, and we enjoyed our sipping our cocktail hour glass of wine out in the garden. Would definitely return!

The property is dated and worn . The front desk lady seems like she does not like her job and is not a very hospitable person. She runs through the tour etc but you don’t feel welcome. We have stayed more than once but will not come bsck.

The location

Very clean and friendly staff; great coffee machine; beautiful outdoor garden; very good breakfast Needs a lot of updates. Screen door was broke, fireplace barely had a flame, very little decor (extremely plain or low budget items), not as close to the beach as we thought; the place has great bones but really needs a lot of general improvements. Just seems old and that they haven’t invested in it much…

I stayed in their two-bedroom suite, which was both beautiful and spacious. We genuinely appreciated our stay. However, since the room is adjacent to the main building’s kitchen, we were unfortunately awakened early in the morning by the sounds resembling pots and pans. This was particularly disappointing, as I had hoped to escape the noise.

Private small 11 room B&B next to a marine reserve. You will love the quaintness of the property as well as the staff making sure all you needs are taken care of. Great breakfast is included in the price of the room.

Gorgeous estate with beautiful rooms, wonderful fireplace and sofas in the common area, a lovely garden, and a short walk to the coast where we watched mama seals and their new pups. Completely enchanting inn. For us, the stairs were fine (no elevator) but if you have mobility issues, ask for a room on the ground floor.

If you enjoy a relaxing atmosphere this a great place to stay. The rooms are good size and have gas fireplaces. It's located a short distance from numerous restaurants and has a number of areas for walking up on the bluff above the ocean. The staff at this boutique B&B are so nice it makes you want to come back. We've stayed at the Seal Cove Inn numerous times and any time we travel to Half Moon Bay this is our destination. We highly recommend this establishment.
