We did NOT like the stairs because it has 250 steps, which should be included in the photos and description, pillow needs to replace as there was stains

The location and the staff were friendly The stairs, the “resort” had no card machine and it also the rooms were very very very dirty so nasty with old furniture

Staff. View from above. The description of the hotel does not say that you need to go down the long stairs to the rooms. This spoils the whole impression of the owner of this hotel, who withholds such important information. The number didn't match the photos.

Personality of the staff Neither Booking.com nor the property warned us that we had to walk up and down 218 stairs to get to our room …… REALLY bad and could have been a disaster if I was travelling with my old mum instead of my young and fit daughter. You should really warn guests about this to avoid problems ….. it is so unfair to leave out this extremely important information ….. unfair not only for the guests that have booked but also for the property!

Staff our really friendly specially the driver name Rowel nice ambience since a lot of turtles and sharks Room is pretty old and dirty cockroach and spider roaming around water pressure is very low

Nothing. Warning don’t do it. Warning it was not disclosed in advertisement. No elevator. Every place on this property is 10 to 280 stair steps. Your luggage is lowered on a zip line. My 1 bedroom apartment had no Wi-Fi and 1 tv mounted to the wall by the front door. If you want to watch tv you would have to move a kitchen chair to sit in front of it, but the would be blocking the front door. No water heater or soap and had to request toilet paper. The Air Con barely kept the bedroom cool. Kitchen and bathroom area had no Air Con (Probably why there is no water heater in the shower).

I was told there are 250 steps from the top (reception area) to the bottom. There's no elevator or escalator so this could be a deterrent for people who have physical and/or health difficulties. But I loved my stay because for some peculiar reason, I was the only guest in the resort during my 2-day/night stay. Needless to say, I got to know the bartenders/staff well. Very friendly people! My legs were really sore from previous outdoor activities so climbing up and down the stairs was a minor nuisance.

The view was ok. I can't comment much since we reached during sunset and left before sunrise. Lot of lizards everywhere and I was very uncomfortable. Location. One has to walk down at least 150 to 220 steep steps to reach the reception and then climb back again 20 steps to reach your room. I would never ever go to this place again. Imagine climbing 200 steps up just to go to the ATM since they didn't accept cards. Absolutely terrible experience.

Secluded bottom of a cliff hotel, a very quaint and quirky property. Pool at our disposal, ocean activities such as kayaking and swimming when the tide was right, room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and helpful with what was available. My super thanks to the friendly staff who looked after myself and family. Run out of a few food and drinks options, shower head lack of water pressure, lack of wifi, love/hate the 250+ stairs.

The infinite pool and the view of the sea from literally everywhere. We got to see the sunrise and it was beautiful, totally amazing. The vibe is chill to go and have a relaxing day in the beach and in the pool. The food served in the hotel was pretty decent with a good variety. Omg, the 3253058308503 stairs you need to get to the property. If you are carrying a lot of luggage DO NOT I repeat DO NOT book this place. You need to be fit to come upstairs so literally after you go down you are a bit trapped inside the resort, we didnt even attempt to find nearby restaurants or attractions cuz the stairs are mad!!
