Universal's Hard Rock Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando! The location was perfect, the hotel was comfortable, and we especially loved relaxing by the pool after a busy day at the parks, watching movies and enjoying the lively music. We also really enjoyed riding the water taxi, which made getting to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, and CityWalk so convenient and added a little extra fun to our stay. A special shoutout to the two lovely ladies at the front desk who assisted us, one in the morning and another in the evening. I wish I remembered their names because they truly deserve recognition. Both were warm, kind, helpful, and accommodating. Thank you to the entire Hard Rock team for making our stay so memorable. We truly enjoyed our time there and will always remember the wonderful experience and family memories we made!

We stayed there for 2 nights on 7/29-7/31. We kept getting awaken by ongoing alarm which we thought was fire alarm on the night of check in. We notified the front desk and was told someone would check on it but didn't. The same alarm went off again the following night (our last night). We called downstairs again and they were able to check on it this time. Alarm turned out to he smoke alarm. We didn't make a fuss out of it. They waived our parking fee which we thought was better than nothing. Overall, stay was fine. Nothing in particular stands out nor do we have other complaints besides the alarm. The establishment is well kept, staff are nice, housekeeping greets you when you walk by. Id give this place a B+ or 8/10.

It was the perfect location! Food was great at the Kitchen and at the Palm. Prices of snacks, water and gifts was crazy expensive compared to even the parks.

Lovely hotel, perfect location for Universal theme parks.

Used to be cheeky breakfast and night time snack in there. The ice cream is still delicious 😋. And still love the rock memorabilia all round the hotel.

Location No value for money. Average hotel. For sure not 5star considering the cost per night

An expensive couple of nights but worth it for the Universal Express passes. Fantastic staff amd a great location

Right inside universal studio, can’t find better, staff are nice and clear in instructions. All is well thought even for guests who don’t go in the park, fast pass included, best for value. Restaurant Palm is great, the best we have tried so far since one week in America!

Beautiful property. Great stay!

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff always went above and beyond to help us and they were all so friendly and welcoming. We have stayed here a few times before and will definitely stay here again.
