Our stay was wonderful, Tyler at the front desk was very helpful and informative. Housekeeping was on top of everything. The only thing I can think of that wasn’t so great is parking, parking a larger SUV was tricky but doable.

Very spacious rooms , Free breakfast, 3 pools, Parking availability, Perfect distance to rhe beach and restaurants, staff always ready to help, very clean, absolutely perfect for families... will be booking again next year!

Clean, nice location We were awoken at 2 o’clock in the morning. The HVAC system was roaring very loudly and the room was not cooling down. Contacted the front desk. Nobody was available to fix it. We did request a fan. The next morning agreed to send a technician to look at it. At that point, it did start blowing cold air again however the noise continued. They agreed to move us to an upgraded room on the same level and they said they would expedite the move. After several hours, I contacted them for an update and I was told we could have a different room which would be a few level down. It was getting later in the day, so I just accepted it. I did ask for a compensation due to the lack of sleep and the hot room and they said they would compensate me 50% of one night stay. I believe they should’ve given us one free night.

The WiFi was down the whole time we stayed. There was also no parking at all. The staff was super nice. Beautiful views. Loved the pool with the restaurant/bar. And a continental breakfast is always a plus!!

old, room was not clean, staff was fine, breakfast to many people no room to sit, could see the beach. Not worth the price. Would not stay here again
