The stay was great. One suggestion is to leave tip envelopes in the rooms for housekeeping. Even better if there was a QR code for tipping. We hope to return again.

It was clean and a great location the only problem I had was the spiteful front desk receptionist Jordan. Who was very unpleasant when me and my husband first arrived, she sarcastically told me I owed a balance which I paid in full of $368.39 and showed her proof. Jordan then went to the back office spoke with someone and came back out and told me that she made a mistake and apologized. Jordan then told me I had to put a card on file for a holding fee in the payment of $1. My husband and I went to the room and everything was fine, the next morning I checked my bank account and long and behold Jordan charged my card another $348.66 I went and asked her why and with a smirk she said oh because I didn’t have the proof of your payment or reservation I said excuse me we took care of this yesterday she then again asked me to hold on went back to the back came back out she just said oh I’m going to do a refund it was another mistake on my end. I honestly feel like she was being very racist because I’m a black Muslim and she didn’t like that she was wrong the first time so in turn she did something very spiteful.

Room fairly clean. Bed and pillow not very comfortable. My children (teenagers) wouldn’t even get in the pool. Said it was too dirty. I expect sand at the bottom due to beach proximity but all of the extras floating in there daily was enough to deter them.

Staff were friendly and accommodating to anything we requested. Pool was nice and the onsite restaurant with bar was a nice touch.

This is a really nice hotel to stay out. It was very clean, had very nice balcony views, and the location was nice. Close enough to the boardwalk for a quick drive, but far away from all the noise so you can sleep at night. The restaurant downstairs is also very good with a friendly staff.

I loved everything about the property it was well maintained, the staff was amazing and accommodating. The rooms were clean and welcoming.
