Amazing resort with very nice hospitality that took us care as family, especially Pak Dede and Ibu Nini The monkey that jump on our table in beach cabana to grab some pastries. It should be managed properly otherwise it could be a dangerous for the guest next time

the facilities at the beach ,kayak, the welcoming of the driver July and the room size While the property itself is beautiful , my 3-night stay was marred by multiple issues that I did not expect from a resort of this caliber. Hygiene concern: During breakfast, I was shocked to see a staff member handling the fruit plate with bare hands — no gloves, no utensils. This is a basic food safety standard. Ready-to-eat foods such as fresh fruit should never be touched with bare hands, as it poses a serious risk of contamination. For a luxury resort, this is simply unacceptable. ​ Late checkout not accommodated: Despite requesting a late checkout, the hotel showed no flexibility or willingness to accommodate it, which felt dismissive — especially given the premium price paid for this stay. Beach access — escalator out of order: The beach is only accessible via an escalator, which is already an inconvenient setup. To make matters worse, the escalator was out of order for maintenance during my entire 3-day stay. This made getting to and from the beach a frustrating experience, particularly in the heat. No beach atmosphere or service: Once at the beach, there was virtually no animation, no activities, and no attentive service. It felt neglected and far below what you would expect from a luxury beachfront resort. No drinks offered, — just an empty, underwhelming experience. Overall, Samabe did not deliver on the luxury promise. Between the hygiene concerns at breakfast, the refusal to offer late checkout, the broken escalator blocking beach access, and the lack of any beach service or entertainment, I left feeling deeply disappointed. I would not recommend this property at this price point.

This was one of the nicest and most exotic resorts that we’ve ever had a chance to visit. It overlooked the Indian Ocean and the private beach was beautiful. Our room was huge with a very lovely shower! The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous! The restaurant was good. We had to leave after two nights!

Excellent location in beautiful garden setting over looking the ocean. The rooms are large and luxuriosly decorated with great views. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!!!

I stayed at Samabe Bali Suites & Villas for four nights and absolutely loved it. The place is beautiful, clean, and well-organized, and it’s easy to reach any area you need. I really liked the buggy car service inside the resort very convenient and fun. The service was excellent every staff member, without exception, was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel truly cared for. It felt like everyone was hosting me personally. The breakfast buffet was amazing and had a great variety of delicious options. The beach was stunning, calm, and perfect for relaxing. Overall, I enjoyed every moment of my stay. It was one of those experiences that will stay in my memory for a long time. Highly recommended! ?✨ Nothing

The room, resort facilities, service, staff and all related experiences were exceptional. The staff was more than helpful to make daily tour arrangements for sightseeing and additional requests within the resorts as well. The communication lines were open 24/7 and worked seamlessly. The location is a part of Bali that’s mostly large resorts, so there was not much to do outside the facility without making proper travel arrangements beforehand. It would be nice to have a bar scene with music in or around the facility, but not much is active after 11pm around the area.

The beach cabannas were the most amazing addition to our stay. The resort catered to our kids really well, they had their best holiday with time spent in the water, closely outweighing time spent out.

THIS PLACE WAS EXCELLENT WITH EXCELLENT BREAKFAST THAT WE INCLUDED IN OUT PACKAGE. WE HAVE STAYED AT MANY RESORTS IN MEXICO AND CARIBBEAN ALMOST MAJORITY RESORTS OFFERS ALL INCLUSIIVE WITH MUCH LOWERER IN COST FOR ACCOMODATIONS. THIS PLACE WAS BIT PRICY FOR WHAT IT HAS TO OFFER. OTHERWISE VILLAS WERE EXCELLENT, LOCATION WAS GOOD BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT BUT DINNER FOOD WAS OK, NO COMPLAINTS EXCEPT WHAT IS ALREADY MENTIONED ABOVE WILL RECOMMENDE TO STAY WITH SHORTER STAY OR FIND A BETTER DEAL PRICE WISE.

Friendliness and attentiveness of staff, cleanliness, villa floor plan, facilities, attention to details, quality of service. Breakfast menu and taste. Location was a little off from rest of the attractions. They need to improve on quality of cocktails.
