Best hotel in nusa dua love it The big pool can be better

The food was amazing in all restaurants and I fully recommend to take the All Inclusive package as it is worth every penny. Special thanks to Angel, our receptionist that was very empathetic and even remembered our name and room number when she was meeting with us randomly on the property. Thank you, Grand Hyatt, for an amazing vacation!

Excellent breakfast, good variety of resort facilities I booked this place mainly for its private beach, but the private beach has been disappointing. There are plenty of rocks in the shallow water, making it unpleasant to walk and play in the water in many spots, to make it worse, the current carries a great amount of plastic garbage from afar and they are washed to the beach, the hotel does not even try to clean the beach or collect the garbage, which really ruin the view and guests mood. Many guests, including myself, collect the garbage and piled them on the sore. what a disappointment. There is also no lifeguards on the beach. The facilities are also very old and worn out.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay here with our 5 year old. The resort is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The private beach was definitely the highlight of our stay, clean, peaceful, and perfect for families. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, making us fell welcome throughout our stay. Facilities are excellent, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We especially liked that breakfast was served at different restaurants, giving us variety of settings and menu options each morning. If there was one area that could be improved, it would be the dining experience. Wile the restaurants were pleasant, we food to be fairly average compare to other restaurants we've visited and it didn't quite match the overall high standard of the resort.

Beautiful beachfront resort with excellent facilities, spacious rooms, and well-maintained gardens. The location in Nusa Dua is peaceful and ideal for relaxation. Staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The beach, swimming pools, and breakfast selection were all excellent. Guests should be aware that the hotel requires a security deposit of approximately USD 200 at check-in. While the deposit is refundable, it would be helpful if this information was communicated more clearly before arrival to avoid surprises.

Rooms are a little outdated but still great.

Wow property-beautiful grounds-large room very upscale and right on Nusa Dua A bit dated. Our shower drain was blocked and overflowed the floor making it slippery and dangerous. It is huge property-long walks to any facilities. It was very family oriented with lots of kids having fun but we were happy to move to a more ‘adult’ hotel

Worse nothing at all Its the worse experience i had in all bali first they are racial discrimination, crocodile in the hotel, staff are very rude, and we enter the room at 5:00 and i asked the manager to give us atleast time on the check out she said no we have many guests and you have to wait and then, at the check out i found one of the staff in the middle of the room at 12:10 saying you have to leave within 10 minutes, plus cockroaches all over the room and balcony, very old furniture, the guests have no rights at all, no behavior no respect at all ill add photos, do not recommend the place to anyone its totally disgusting and not worth of money The noise is unbelievable the air conditioning not

Great location. Nice entrance and a good feel when you walk in. Breakfast was OK—simple, but fine. The hotel is a bit old, but it has some old-school charm. Good choice if you want to stay in a top spot and start the day with a decent breakfast. The beds weren’t clean—one of them had a blood stain—and the room had an unpleasant smell. On one occasion there was food packaging/debris scattered outside our room; I’m not sure if it was a one-off incident, but it didn’t feel well managed. Aside from the location, the stay didn’t match the “Grand” expectation. The property could really benefit from higher housekeeping standards and better attention to cleanliness and ambience. Given the price, we expected a much more comfortable experience.
