Good location, nice room for the price, clean-ish (some mold in the bathroom and shower), property manager is fantastic, free parking, nice pool, breakfast was delicious but has minimal variety. Cleaning staff stole random items. We had a bag of Qtips that was full at the beginning of our stay and after 3 weeks, we had 1/4 left. My men's rubber/silicone wedding ring went "missing". The most odd item stolen, was my wife's used toothbrush and travel case. It was extremely bizarre that these were the items that went missing...but we can confirm they went missing. Had this not happened...we would have rated this place a 10...so odd.

The staff were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. I bought fruit at the local market which they prepared for us, offering the excess to the other guests as per my request. The breakfast were good and the bed comfortable. The staff turned our thermostat warmer when we were out so when we came back the room was very uncomfortably warm. There were ants on the floor in the room. Otherwise it was a great stay, with a good location. I assumed this was a common practice in Bali due to the cost of electricity so when we left the next day we turned the thermostat up a bit. They left it at the temp we set so we came back to a cool room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Big room, comfortable bed, good aircon, nice sitting area. Very good breakfast, but only 2 choices ... so, if you stay 7 days ( like we did) it's quite boring. Quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool. - When we received our room, the bathroom was not very clean, so we did our cleaning and did not let the cleaner inside during our stay. We' ve been to Bali before ( before de pandemic, but during low season, as well) and we were so amazed to see very clean accommodations in all different 4 locations we stayed in ( all budget acc, at around 30$ per night). Now we were disappointed. Maybe they will hire better cleaners during high season, but now, the cleaning is done by an old lady and another older guy who probably don't know how to properly clean a room / bathroom or maybe they can't do it. There were a lot of spider webs, dead insects and hair on the floor, in the sink and on the walls. The area was not very clean either. We were very disappointed to see a lot of trash/ garbage everywhere on the streets, on the beach and in court yards, almost everywhere in Nusa Dua and Kuta - things we didn't see 7 years ago.

I think you need to add towel hooks in the bathroom and put directly hairdryer in the room , so we do not need to ask about it anymore.

Staff attitude towards guests Everything was at the highest level, for which I can say a huge thank you The hotel area is very good. Lots of grass and flowers The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable The only thing is that the breakfasts are not very varied, but the staff can help you and diversify them No minuses

Staff was amazing, hotel was super clean, pool was perfect for my 5 years old daughter. No access to a clean beach by walking. Not many choices for breakfast.

the breakfast was amazing. we had the option of eating it at the common area of in on our balcony the staff were really friendly, sweet and really accommodating the owners would help me rent scooters and suggest different places to eat around ran out of hot water pretty fast nusa dua location is pretty quiet but that's the location and not anything about the homestay
