All was instead of leaking AC during the night, but stuff help us to change a room quickly!

Good value for money for the room and pool. Nice place. The restaurant is ok. Some of the staff over there doesn`t want to help you, they want to make money, a lot of money. I asked for transport to nusa penida and they asked 2 times the money that it worth. From 8 milion idr they were down to 6 milion in minutes, and it was still a lot. With grabs and boats we ended up paying like 4 milion for all. At breakfast if you want something extra is 100k, each, doesn`t matter what. 100k extra for some pancakes is excessive. We arrived at 2.am from the airport and the road to get there was closed. We had to walk 100m on a construction road with all the baggages and child even if I let them know the time i was going to arrive. It was bad.

Clean and comfortable room. Exceptional service from staff, they couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome. Lovely pool and bar/restaurant area Tranquil surroundings. Gardens are immaculately kept. We have already booked to return No iron in the room

The overall upkeep was amazing, the gardens are beautiful kept by the gardener - Pasta. All staff went above and beyond, especially Ariel who was always ready to help. At times the staff could come round and clean away empty drinks a bit quicker by the pool, whilst offering more drinks. I would have spent much more money on drinks and food if they had circulated the pool and asked me frequently what else I would like.

Lovely staff and very nice facilities. Everything you probably need :) Chebaz took very good care of my boyfriend when they were on a tour to Ubud :D thank youuu Peaceful and beautiful. Loved our stay thank you! Sound cancellation could be better, heard the entire TV show of the guy next door on our first night XD but all good the second night!

The property was very nice looking, calm and it appears people came to the property to rest. The pool was not crowded and everyone was seen enjoying quiet time. Their laundry facilities are cheap and express, which was helpful and the staff was very kind. The breakfast was tasty and the variety of juices were superb! The hotel is also close to restaurants and facilities + the airport, therefore location was ideal as well. Despite nested in Nusa Dua, it was very quiet. The location and narrow street you need to pass through to reach the hotel is inconvenient, although it is nestled in a very quiet area despite the busy roads of Nusa Dua, the street was too narrow for two way travel. Other than that, there is nothing I can think of which I did not like.

The staff is very frendly. Our room was clean. Garden with a pool is beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were very delicius. I reccommend this place if you want to experiece a balinese style accomodation. -

My stay was fantastic. I was there for eight days and there is not one thing negative to mention. The staff were awesome. From tending to the bar and kitchen to making up the room everyday, there was nothing that went undone. Food was great and the free breakfast was even better. People mentioned a "narrow road" to get there, no big deal! Taxis/Ubers have it handled. Walking distance to beach. About 45 minute walk to Nusa Dua beach and a 45 minute scooter ride to Uluwatu Temple. Walk down the "narrow road" to mini-mart, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, tours stands and massage. Great place for a short stay or extended!

Beautiful place, clean and comfortable room with a functional and modern bathroom. Good internet and a nice pool in a beautiful garden. Its located at the end of a narrow passage, and the nearest beaches are not very nice. Its a good place if you have a motorbike. The breakfast was very “poor” and the staff its rude.
