The staff at the reception desk was unpleasant lacks major customer service skills

Staff is very polite and cooperative. Suite amenities are nice specially the washer and dryer. Francisco at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. The waiter with the hat on the pool was very nice and attentive. Food. Repeated daily , no variety and low quality. No activités. We had to go to matival emotions to attend evening activities and events. It's over priced. You pay for all inclusive the. You get stuck with few options only. Be careful of geckos. We had to change our room twice because of them. Staff said they are harmless however that's is absolutely not acceptable in a hotel suite.

The food wasn't very good, it wasn't bad but it was just ok. For the price we expected much better

cleanliness, room with private pool services, 11am check out, bell boy tried to push a taxi on us even if we said we don’t need one.

very beautiful location and beautiful hotel - by far too expensive for the quality. - food made us sick (2 days, two different plates). -inconsistency of the price: one day 180 USD and the day after 220 USD for a service -if you want to withdraw pesos, you have to go to the ATM, and get dollars (high rate), then go to the reception and exchange the dollars in pesos (again high rate), thus they make twice win. and the best: the reception refused the dollars from their own ATM because little bit damaged. - the first day, we saw someone who left her fork on the floor of the restaurant… three days after was still there… conclusion: the floor is never cleaned - they make mistake when booking excursion by asking 10x the price. it is booked again and during the checkin they request an supplement without solid explanation.

the property was beautiful and the pools were great. access to the beach was easy and the architecture was eye catching the property did not have dish washing soap and detergent for the washing machine. the beds were not five star and the pillow were not plush

Felt like best in PV. Food was excellent. Pools were small and cold. Disconnected properties. Ocean was not swimable many days to due fauna in water.

Great service. The foos is really good and we enjoy the fact that it is a relatively small hotel. there were some cleanliness issues in our room upon arrival.

Everything was awesome, form the first second you arrive till the moment you leave. everything was great, the staff, the food, the facility, it was awesome. It was a bit hotter than expected for a person coming from a -25c to a 25c temperature , anyhow every place was having AC and we had fun time with the family, everybody had a good time.

The staff is horrible. It takes about 40-90 min before you get the food even if you will be the 1st and the only customer there. Everything was slow. Breakfast and lunches were identical in only 2 opened restaurants (total 3 are on site. no buffet) and with typical American food - different eggs for breakfast and fastfood for lunches. Beach is 7-10 min walk. Pools are small, basically for kids or to stand there. They have only 2 pools total.
