Helpful and welcoming reception desk. Room was adequate and clean. The elevator to our room was challenging at first. The mini fridge was warm.

Ability to cool the room temperature. They provide wash cloths which other hotels did not provide. Staff was friendly and helpful. I had to schedule this property after a booking for a house was canceled the day before my flight to Scotland. I would have booked this hotel many months earlier but hotels did not guarantee refunds if plans changed. I was happy that I could book this hotel at the last minute. I was not able to have one of the two rooms be handicapped accessible.

Very nice view of bridge and easy to get to train station for ride into Edinburgh. Confusion on booking.com,you get confirmation from booking but you also get one from Hilton, I confirmed both thing they where same booking. Not, I got billed twice (hoping it gets worked out)

The room was comfortable and surroundings were fine, Good areas to walk around. The location is not so good, it is close to Motorway, so very convenient for the guests with car but too far from any public transport, so nothing to do for guests without a car
-
No problems experienced.
-
The room had a bad smell like dirty socks and there was underwear from the previous guest left on the table near the room phone
-
Evening meal, poor value and although we rate most of it because we were hungry, it ws really not very nice. Did not mention it to young lad serving us because he was so nervous anyway.

Good quality hotel, convenient for a a Dunfermline meeting. Sudden introduction of parking charges. Its a remote hotel for goodness sake - feels like gratuitous profiteering.

I was there on business and able to do some leisure activities. The property was in a great location near bus transportation and not far from the train. Beautiful sunset views from the panoramic restaurant window! The Gym!! It was spacious, inviting, equipped with just enough of the essentials and everything worked. Clean towel station available, sanitary wipes, water dispenser and cubbies to place your personal items. Great place to grab a mat and stretch before a long day or use equipment for a more intense effort. Something for everyone. Staff was Amazing, kind, and genuine! My bed could have been a little bit softer and I couldn’t feel the springs move which tells me the padding might be a little too thin and firm.. I’m a side sleeper so I felt a bit of soreness in my shoulders and hips. I adjusted a bit with the extra pillows. Restaurant breakfast was great, but the evening menu might need some tweaking, but good overall.

Breakfast on both days was terrible short staff overcooked food and one coffee machine for entire restaurant
-
Nice, high quality hotel Poor wifi in gym, limited USB outlets in room

I liked that you could get water from the bar. It was really fresh. Everything felt old and gross. Mirror was cracked. Mold in the shower. The type of hotel that just makes you feel a little unclean in general. Staff were just kinda there, not necessarily friendly.

Beautiful hotel and a wonderful lady who brought us extra tea bags, honey and arranged for taxi. I do not recall your name, but really grateful for your hospitality and kindness. The gentleman ( I believe his name was Daniel)who checked us in without asking us disrespectful called our names incorrectly and didn’t apologised just rolled his eyes. When in doubt it is always good to ask.

The hotel didnt give me prior information about the buss access from airport to the hotel and google was confusing i end up taking two busses and a taxi to reach the hotel from airport, and for the next day i realized by my own that i could have taken one buss direct from airport to the hotel

Room was good, location was excellent. I'm a Hilton Honors member and normally this is picked up on when checking in even if I've made the booking with Booking.com, however it wasn't this time. We had dinner in the restaurant booked and had to wait for quite a while at the front until taken to our table. There was a member of staff going around the restaurant and it would have taken two seconds for her to say to us that someone would be with us shortly but she ignored us and the others waiting in the queue. When we were sat down we were told the kitchen was going to close and we needed to order in the next ten minutes, which wouldn't have been the case if we'd been seated when we arrived for our prebooked table. Food was ok, the server who gave us our bill was excellent as they had a staff change while we were eating. We would normally have had drinks in the bar after our meal but decided to go elsewhere as the initial service had been so poor. We'd also not paid for breakfast upfront (it used to be Hilton included breakfast in the room rate and I wish they'd go back to doing this) and had contemplated booking it once we arrived but after the dinner we had, again we decided we'd go elsewhere. Not the best Hilton stay I've had, the service wasn't up to par with what I would normally expect. I have a work event in a couple of months at this hotel and I think I'll organise a taxi back rather than book a room.

The room was very clean and the staff was very accommodating Booking.com booked the room for 4 adults but the hotel room was sufficient for 3 adults only. One of us had to sleep on the floor

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and water pressure in the shower was great! Stunning view from our room! N/A

Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean. Plenty of big towels. Lots of hot water. The room itself was cold at times. Very nice bar area. I am Coeliac and appreciated the gluten free section at breakfast - a good selection of GF items kept separate from the rest of the food. Reception staff were excellent, also the bar and restaurant staff. A nice gym. The room was cold and we couldn't get the temperature to increase. My husband rang reception and they said it was controlled from there so they turned it up for us. It's a bit inconvenient. The cold selection at breakfast was good but my husband was disappointed with the cooked breakfast, saying that the sausage and tomatoes were poor quality and the bacon not cooked decently. He expected better for £214 for one night.
