La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cleveland Airport West

The room were we stayed had a leak from the toilet every time you flushed water would run thru the floor and the carpets needed a clean up the ice machine was out in the first floor and the one in the 3 floor was out of ice almost all the time towels were not provided constantly and we needed them since we had that water issue I don’t think O would recommend this La Quinta it has been one of the bad ones and I have stayed at many from other states

Our room was terrible, no toilet paper, no toilet paper paper holder, soap dish ripped off wall light fixture ripped off wall. Downstairs lobby nice however

This property was okay. In all honesty there was nothing special about this hotel. Was it clean? yeah, it was okay, Could it have been updated? YES!!, There eas ranom holes in the walls and ceilings. The pool was nice, it was on the smaller size. I was a little upset the hot tub was down, because that was a reason why I booked. The room was okay...it was clean, but not to the highest standers. I was what it needed to be for the 2 days I was there. Location wise I loved where it was. Staff was nice.

Other than that I would probably give the hotel as a whole a 3.2/10

Hotel was good, you can tell it was an older building but they've made updates so it's a good option. Only issue I had was a leak in the ceiling overnight during a rainstorm but it stopped. It

We received a piece of paper with the room keys, instead of the regular envelope. That paper had personal information of previous guests. I have pictures to proof the complaint and the privacy violation.

Requested and granted late checkout due to delayed flight that caused us to get to hotel at 3am. At 1120am said we needed to be out in 10 minutes or they’d chafe $25 fee. There was a fight on 5th floor and Police were called. Place was dirty and mildewy. Won’t return.

they SCAMMED ME…… room is very dirty…. dirty bathroom…. no bed bug cover, horrible mattress. cracks in the wall they tired to cover with rug. i was at this hotel for less than 40 minutes… i wouldn’t recommend a roach to stay here.

Thought the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. The shower gel was empty. The groungs around the property had litter. The teach outside of the rooms was not periodically checked and removed. A lot of guest put teach outside of their rooms and it sat overnight.

This place was an absolute dump. Rusty bathtub with stains and mold, overflowing garbage cans outside, no remote for tv, doors broken, no iron. The worst thing was that the staff said they could not move us to another room after the first night, kept telling us to try later. The problem with room 101 was that it was next to the elevators and we had to listen to the constant noise from them. Never again.

I should not have paid for my stay.

My locks did not work on my door.

The bathroom tub needed a lot of work

This was the worst hotel stay I ever experienced. We were only allowed one room key? Though the room was booked for two. When we go to the room, there was no toilet paper in the room. The trash can had other peoples trash in it. The closet had someone else's jacket. There was someone else's sock in the corner. The water in the shower never got hot. The window casing was full of black mold. Then I found dried blood- some else's in the sheets. Outside the garden was full of overgrowing with weeds. Needless to say we cut our stay there short. I do not recommend.

The room was large.

I’ve stayed here a few times. The hotel is usually clean, so that’s a plus. The rooms are also in good shape and clean. This time the bathroom was not great. The tub had nasty spots on it, the old soap holder was torn off and the towel hook was torn off the door. The breakfast was good also! Overall 4.5 out of 5
