The extra sofa bed was broken. One stove is broken the other is wobbly. They need to fix the broken utility.

It was amazing staff was polite

The barking BIG DOGS, uncleanness and the fact I couldn't understand the person behind the counter

Be prepared for sketchy residents, halls that smell like marijuana, and dark hallways that feel incredibly unsafe. 0/10 recommend

Couldn't watch TV - no remote Bed was awful - sheet coming off both sides, extremely uncomfortable - it was nothing more than a glorified cot and not a true bed. Loud outside and inside above the room. Room key did not work on the exterior door.

Room appeared clean enough. Awoke covered in bites and found bed bugs.

We did not stay at our hotel. There was pee on the sheet and mattress. The manger was rude and said the maid don’t check for dirty sheets.

The house smelled, the carpet in the room was absolutely disgustingly, dirty, dirty tissues on the side of the dresser. Bathroom sink full of water only to lift out the drain and dig out the most disgusting black debris that had been rotting in there for quite a long time. Hairs in the drawer.

Close to the airport

Had bed bugs and have bits all over my body waiting on a respond from them .. due to I was thrown out with no reason why and no kind of compensation

Room had someone else's clothes that they had forgotten in a drawer and some more behind the door. The beds were covered with some kind of plastic material. Super annoying crinkled all night.

Convenient location for our needs, which were an overnight stay near North Ridgeville with the ability to cook for ourselves. Near the Rocky River Reservation and Great Northern Mall, which was an added bonus. Staff were kind; facilities were dated and not super clean. Just okay.

Clean room

It was ok for a one night stay near the airport. Nothing to write home about. But nothing bad to report, either. Although I felt like I needed a legal firm and 2 weeks to review the check-in form.

The stay is ok except when every night I get off work I get aggravated by the manager every night asking do I have a room people dont rent these rooms to get aggravated over that

There were only 2 wash cloths in the room if I book for 4 people I need towels for each person
