Extended Stay of Charleston

No pool and place is filthy... Rooms are dirty smell of piss and mold..

Amazing place! Of all hotels I’ve stayed in Charleston, this one has been the best?

Safety lock on the door was broken, no hot water, neither tv worked, horrible odor, packaging from male stimulants were left in room. We were there a total of 10 minutes and found another place to stay

I don’t even stay, someone had ejaculated on the beds, left tissues all over the beds, no one cleaned it up, they offered another room, that room had no linens on the bed, the mattress were exposed and stained so bad it looked like someone had used the bathroom in them! I refused to stay, asked for my money back and was told I had to go through a 3rd party to get it

Outside was pleasant but I expected more of the inside. I tried 2 rooms and neither were cleaned mainly the bathroom area. Staff was great . Rooms are great for family full kitchen and roomy.

Absolutely nothing to be honest. Nothing, the room was disgusting, the couch had stains all over the cushions, there was no towels, the bathroom floor was gross and the floors hadn’t been swept and mopped in what looks like 20 years.

Not cleaned or well maintained at all. Dirt in the corners, obviously dirty shower, very busted up. The door did not even have a proper latching lock. The place had also recently changed names and that wasn't communicated in any way. The grounds were also not well taken care of. I would definitely not stay here again. The only thing that was good was the guy at the desk was nice.

I cancel , my reservation.And never received my refund.

This place was not well maintained at all the rooms look like they went through Hell and back, turn all over the walls, dirty beds, hair on the floor of lights hanging down, dirty towels, worst place we ever stayed in not including the door being near busted off the hinges and no top lock

smoke and weed. The door chain was busted and there was still toothpaste on the sink and mirror.

The hotel took my money off my card and I did not stay at the room

There are no elevators on the property. I realized there were no dishes, silverware, pots or pans, or anything to cook and eat with and was told they didnt supply them, so had to settle for takeout. The room We had several outlets that didn’t provide power, had one remote for three TVs called. They were gonna bring us another one. It never came. We had no hot water for bathing.

Very nice place to stay. Kinda home away from home!!

Cleanliness..Trash in both bathrooms

Roach infested I literally walked in and walked right back out they were crawling everywhere
