I was a solo traveler staying for 2 nights. Please not that I was traveling for work and I did not stay much at all in the room. Simply for a place to sleep. The room itself was nice, Studio room set up with a full size refrigerator, sink, cabinets and a small stove top. I did not use either the stove of the sink so I cannot comment on those features. The bathroom was clean and seemed the most up to date. The bed was a bit hard and you could tell it was a worn out and probably needs to be update. The one downfall, this varies from person to person, but with no bedside lamp it makes to awkward to go to sleep and get up in the morning. I would recommend this facility to invest in some bedside lamps. There were no awkward smells, the room smelled fine. Overall if you're a traveler and need a place to rest for the night or two I would recommend and personally for the price I would stay here again.

Rude staff. Not clean. Over priced for the quality.

Good location. Pretty quiet. Room was huge, which was nice. Easy access to the freeway.

As I pulled into the parking lot in the late afternoon, there were a group of men gathered drinking beer and listening to music. They didn't really cause any trouble, though. They just seemed to be winding down after a hard day at work, and they dispersed before long. The "breakfast" was practically nonexistent; basically just coffee and not much else. The room was spacious.

As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I knew I wasn’t staying at this property. It looked so unkempt. When I walked inside there was no staff behind the counter. Took them about 10 minutes before anyone came up front to check me in. While I was waiting I heard a guest speaking to the staff behind a closed door. She was complaining about the lack of service they get at this location. She mentioned no housekeeping, they barely get tissue, roaches everywhere and mold in and around the showers. Don’t waste your time or money. Go somewhere else!

THIS HOTEL WAS DISGUSTING! If I could give it zero stars, I would. I found 2 hair balls on my bedsheet, the shower water was always cold, but the sink water would get hot, there was also a cockroach crawling around the room! The hotel itself was just dirty

Supposed pet friendly and was told to not let dog on the bed. But when I went to use the bathroom at night there were cockroaches in the tub on the floor. It was disgusting. Then the staff were really rude.

Didn’t have cooking stuff in my room
-
Dirty room, AC leaked all over the floor, moldy couch, and smells off. I’m not expecting perfection but I expect basic standards to be met so I don’t feel like I’m rolling in filth.

I’ve stayed at extended stays before and been pleased. But this particular location is in need of some serious maintenance. The carpets in the halls are so dirty and smelly!! The rooms are spacious & fairly clean, but had several maintenance and cosmetic issues. Lotsa people hanging out in the parking lot at all times. But they do keep the parking lot lit up bright for security.

I like the last time I stayed here it was a totally different atmosphere nothing

To this though because I won’t be visiting Charleston soon

Staff friendly and accommodating

Loved being on the top floor

Room could have been cleaner. Reno on the room was incomplete. Bad odors in lobby, elevator and hall ways.
-
The sheets on the pull out sofa where dirty when I asked for fresh sheets the down stairs staff wanted to inspect the room for the sheets there was dead bugs on the windowsill in the stairs there was mold on the shower curtain and the staff was not friendly when I called several times no one answered I will never stay here again would not recommend do not do it they say they are pet friendly but he wanted to charge 250 pet fee when he knew we had a pet and told us there where no pet rooms available the room was so dirty I felt unwelcome we did not shower we left as soon as we could

The size of the rooms where great Everything was so dirty. When you opened the cupboards in the kitchen there was food and nasty stuff. U had to check out kitchen supplies if u needed them. I am glad we decided not to cook there it was filthy. The kitchen floor was grimy i am glad we didn't have a baby crawling around on the floor. We have stayed at other extended stays and this one gives the company a bad name. Even the elevator was gross
