Close to the promenade and restaurants. Free use of beach towels was handy. Air cond worked well especially in the August heat. Room was quite small, wasn’t as clean as it could be, mould in the bathroom walls and shower door didn’t close properly.

Closeness to Beach The hotel was very basic and did not quite meet expectations. The room fridge was hidden behind a curtain in the wall, which was not obvious. When we initially reported that there was no fridge, staff did not seem to address the issue, although a fridge appeared in the room later that day. The following day it was removed again, and only after returning to reception did we discover that it had been there all along behind the curtain. The terrace area receives shade throughout the day and appeared largely unused. Breakfast was acceptable, but the lift was very small and dated, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drains. The hotel is also some distance from restaurants and bars, requiring a taxi each evening unless you are prepared for a 30-minute walk.

The staff was very helpful and polite, the location is very good, near the beach. Good air conditioning. This is why I rated 7 and not less Overall cleanliness very bad. Dirty towels, dirty sheets, dirty carpet and bad odors in the room and in the corridors

Great place to stay in Nice! Close to the airport tram and close to the beach. Great bakeries around.
