The room was well equipped and within a short walk to the train and the staff was helpful. It would help if there were communal trash cans on each floor.

The toilet was outside the room but it was very clean. The shower was so small we could barely fit and the water pressure for hot water was very bad.

I got eaten alive by bed bugs all night.

Comfortable stay. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Unfortunately had to wait 45mins for our room to be ready (after check in time). A bit of a walk to main area of city/attractions. I didn’t like the smell of the floor cleaning product.

I have stayed here about ten times and always been very happy, only when it is really hot - it can be difficult without AC but it is an excellent value for money in Nice.

For a 2 star hotel this is very good! Clean, room has everything you need, very friendly staff, when I will be in Nice again I will stay again

Great location few minutes walk to several transport tram and buses. I recommend this area! Also a few minutes walk away from the beach. There’s free tea in the reception and cutleries in a cupboard to help yourself. You have to pay for espresso. Overall my room had everything I needed - basic and simple. Staff were friendly and helpful they let us keep our bags in our room earlier than our check-in time. They also kept our luggage’s safe on our last day so we could explore the town more as our flight was at night. Overall the place was clean however it did smell a bit of pee in the toilet like it hasn’t been clean. Maybe because it’s old but if they put scented freshener to mask the odour would’ve been better.

The location and the cleaning of the room, that they give you tea and cups and some plates as well, for free. Close to the ? stop. Wel,l when you book the room in the "what is in your room "... it say mini bar,hair dryer non of them are there,but the guy from the reception offers to keep your groceries in his refrigerator, helpful but is not the same, also it says in the website that has satellite channels Not true , only few French channels and when we arrive there was not the remote of the TV in the room, I had to ask the next morning and wait until the guy from the reception fund one for me. The hair dryer I didn't bother to ask for. This hotel is good for the price to sleep and take a shower.
