Amazing location in the lower east side, just a 10 minute walk from Soho. Beautiful decor and amazing staff Nothing :)

Very cool location. Charming common room downstairs. Charming restaurant downstairs. Super small room, stuffy, with dubious accessories, not very clean, uncomfortable bed. Ceiling Shower head only. Very small sink.

We had a fantastic time at The Ludlow! From the very moment of our arrival the Team made us feel super welcomed and cared for. We liked it so much that we extended our stay twice and stayed in three different rooms - all three were tastefully designed and each one unique (...and very clean!). The neighborhood is very lively, so be prepared to jump right in the as soon as you step out of the door. With Katz Deli right across the street and other spots in close proximity - for us it was absolutely perfect. The relaxed and sweet Staff helped us out with a variety of small and bigger needs and were always swift and supportive. A big thank you to Jolyn, Brailyn, Andy, Jonathan and the rest! We can 100% recommend staying here! Nothing negative! Just as a heads up: the rooms on higher floors have better natural lighting

Felt like a little blast from the past with really lovely service. A little dated but still so much charm

Everything I will definitely stay there again

The position is perfect to visit South Manhattan and subway is close so you can go anywhere. Plus for dodues like us is really the place to be!! Nothing, maybe too much air conditioning in the hall

Staff was down to earth, but professional and so helpful. Room was fabulous with a lovely terrace. The only think was that the lift was broken but tbh we enjoyed taking the stairs.

Loved our trip to The Ludlow! Great location, good vibes and lovely staff.

We were very impressed by the hotel, including the pre-check in options, which we took advantage of a floral arrangement. The room was great, with wonderful tile work in the bathroom and great shower products and all necessary toiletries available. Staff was kind, courteous and attentive. Nothing

Staff great, free newspapers, chic decor, good bath products and sheets and mattresses, good sized closet/ room( for NYC). Good location in LES though LES is a bit grungy Room too dark , hard to read at night even with all the lights on. Food at restaurant ( only had dinner) average but maybe I ordered wrong.

The front desk workers are friendly. The hotel is located in walking distance to many good restaurants and bars. The bed is comfortable. This was my second time staying at the hotel. Unsure if I would stay again. One of the two elevators being broken during my stay caused a major inconvenience. It was a 20 minute wait to get on an off the elevator as it had to stop at every floor, sometimes being so packed that you couldn't get on. This caused a lot of stress since I was there for work and had to be on time for appointments. The wifi was terrible. Again, I needed proper wifi connection to work and the slow wifi made it very difficult and frustrating. The hotel restaurant Dirty French doesn't read directions because my order was delivered incorrect multiple times. The hotel staff entered my room while I was in it multiple times. Unacceptable.
