Good location The price for the stay we received was absolutely shocking. There was no hot water in our room, we were in the basement with hardly any natural light and the worst of all of it was there was no key cards whilst we weee staying there so to enter the room every time we had to call a door person which was insanely inconvenient and something I have never before experienced. Awful…

Its in very loud area of street Nothing staff was weird, key card for room didn’t work. They had to come with us every time. Toilet in our room didn’t work we had to be going downstairs to the public toilet in the hotel. Toilet was stuck and we could not use it and it was filled with stuff.

Justin, the guy at the front desk: super welcoming and professional. Extremely helpful. I saw customers taking out their frustration on him over facility shortcomings (which weren't his fault), and he stayed calm, remaining incredibly professional and service-oriented. So, huge props to Justin Room keys weren't available. Every day, guests were told the issue would be resolved the following day, but that wasn't true. Most guests were only staying for a few days, but since I stayed longer, I noticed the problem went unfixed for two weeks

Nice hotel, decent price, excellent location near metro and some NY emblematic restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints at all. Next time in NY I will stay in this hotel for sure

They charge you an 18 dollar amenity fee on check in which was not mentioned on booking. The fee covers wifi, coffee, and a bottle of water in the room. Personally believe these should just be included with your nightly fee and seems a little slimy to add it to the bill on check in.

The staff was friendly. The location was very good, very close to a subway station, night life on the hotel street, food, pharmacy open 24/7. They had a temporary issue with the key system during our whole stay. We had to be escorted to our room every single time by someone from the staff. They were really nice about it, but obviously that was making them really busy going back and forth and sometimes we had to wait 10/15 minutes. The room was not horribly dirty but also non really perfectly clean. Most importantly we had no hot water in the bathroom for the first whole day. We asked about it and they gave us a trick to make it work (to open the sink hot water and wait 5/10min). Still nothing. By the third day of showering in the freezing cold water we found out that the hot/cold labels in the shower were switched up. No one told us this!

No room keys were available. Everytime anyone needed to return to their room we had to be let in by staff with a passkey. Outrageous. No apologies were offered and no compensation given for the inconvenience. Also the lobby, hallways and elevator were not air conditioned and very uncomfortably hot. The window in my room was quite dirty. The bathtub had jacuzzi jets but they didn’t work.

Good location, but noisy.

the location this hotel is the worst hotel i’ve stayed in by far, my entire stay i had to be escorted to my room because their jet machine was down, the issue that i had everyone was nonchalant about the situation and even on night staff was very rude and defensive when we complained. the tv doesn’t work and they don’t clean your room on a daily basis, they don’t provide you with common towel or washcloth because your room is only clean when you ask them to clean it, the tv is didn’t work. the lamp in the room had rust on it, there was no ice machine, no refrigerator, they put us in the ground floor where i have walked pass my window and could partially see in my room. this hotel is by far not up to par and i wouldn’t go back not even if im getting paid

Justin!!! Amazing guy at the reception! Position was good and view from window was ver nice! Room a bit small, but I guess it’s normal in NYC and it was a bit annoying that they don’t give you a key, so everytime you need to disturb the guy at the reception to enter your room.

The AC had not been on in our room when we arrived so it was very humid and hot, and smelly. The lock was missing on our door, and the window was damaged…. Kind of obstructed the “park view” we were supposed to have. Overall I would not recommend as I think there are better options for the same price.

Friendly and helpful staff Key cards don't work - had to be escorted to room. Hotel front door broken - so had to manually open the sliding door. Or was left open and tons of bugs inside
-
Justin, the guy at the front desk was amazing! Even when he had to run from room to room every 2 minutes to open their rooms cause the keys system was down for at least three days, he made us fresh coffee and was always making sure we were all okay Keys system down Not coffee machine or fridge in the rooms
-
The keycard system is broken, so the front desk dude had to physically swipe a master keycard to get you into the room. Every time. No Hot Water. Television did not function. Overall, worst hotel I have ever stayed at, lifetime.
