Residence Inn by Marriott New York Manhattan/Times Square

Location and breakfast Room, carpet is very old , not fitting Mariott standards , lift creaking sounds , and room cleaning services not available after 4 pm

Large apartment with kitchen. Breakfast was good with lots of options Lifts need maintenance & slow in the morning.

Location is perfect, very close to times square without really being in times square. Room is very spacious, old but everything functions well. Breakfast is ok, limited options not so much varieyt but not bad. Room overall is old, and elevator squeaks especially if you are on the higher floors.

The place was great good size rooms and the staff was wonderful ❤️. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we checked in to the minute we checked out. Thank you all for being so welcoming The breakfast was so busy and not alot of room to sit with the family. The food was kind of cold. The elevators were so packed during breakfast time and check out. We had to wait a few elevators to get one we could fit in.

The morning breakfast in the mornings were great !

Breakfast was great, just wished the elevators were faster at getting to you. Staff was extremely helpful. Room had an AC we could change, but I'm pretty sure it didn't work cause it was so damn hot in there

Great location room size good staff friendly Bathroom way to small , toilet seat was loose and kept shifting water. Pressure in the shower was very, very low hot water barely worked . This is my second stay there and I will not be staying there again, not worth the price. Rooms are very outdated. Will be staying in a more modern hotel the same price or less. Oh and elevator sound like if they’re about to break down and every time we will get on the elevator, we will cross our fingers we wouldn’t get stuck because it literally sounded like it was gonna break down any second

Handy to everything in midtown. Staff were lovely. Air conditioning just right (only hotel we have ever stayed in we didn’t need to adjust). Good facilities Expected more in the kitchen. Had to ask for a kettle but there were tea bags, etc there and the booking said there would be one provided. There were pots and pans but nothing to use them on - weird. Can’t put them in a microwave so was there meant to be a cooktop?

Location and room size was top notch! I have stayed here before and would stay here again. Great walking distance to landmarks. Great food options. Easy to get an Uber. Staff was helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting NYC to stay here!! One small issue was the elevator. Panel on right side did not work correctly, even when scanning room card. Can get congested around 11 AM check-out time. Other than that, would stay here again!

Location is great - on 6th av, close to times square and walking distance from everything in mid-town. Breakfast was good, WiFi coverage was good, and luggage storage was free of charge. we ordered a 2 queens suite. we got a room with 2 twin beds, and really not big enough to be called a suite. the elevators kept failing - the lines each morning were not fun at all. the A.C in our room stopped working (staff fixed it within an hour, which is nice, but still - you don't expect that) the bathroom door kept jamming stuck and in general - bathroom was just too small.
