Good location. You are close to a lot of main things of Manhattan. You can easily walk to most of the attractions (15-20-30 min walking to them). Nice staff, very friendly and helpful. One positive thing is that even if it's kinda a hostel, you got a lot of toilets and showers so you won't wait to use them. The worst and horror part is that the rooms have no ceiling... And the AC is always but always on, like 24/24 and it's super cold and they know it because they give you very thick layers but it's not ok at all.. I caught a really bad cold while I was there because of this. It's unacceptable. And it wasn't just me. You can easily hear dozens of people coughing and sneezing like hell..

room was exactly as aspected, slept well and was situated in a really well connected part of NYC. had no problems navigating the area and felt safe you could hear everything happening in another room - could even hear someone plugging in their phone charger from two rooms away

No fitness room on property it is close by and a nominal fee; you do get a discount at the cafe next door - great coffee

The Dyson hairdryers were a great addition and having lockers made arriving earlier then check in much easier The rooms were smaller then expected for the price but they were still comfortable

The facilities and package you get in each room is lovely The cost is so much for so little space

This is a very clean hostile at a great price. I'm a big guy tho. I stayed for a week and by the end I was very claustrophobic. If you are on the smaller side you may be very comforatble.

The separations between the rooms(pods) are very weak so you can hear everything like if you are sitting next to the other person( snoring, talking, farting, snoozing, the alarms….). The doors make a strong sound to open and to close which make you wake up scared everytime a pod neighbor opens its room at 3am. People don’t respect the rules and still talk for hours on the phone so you can’t have a moment of calm. Of they come together in one pod and spend a friend night chat. Zero repect to others who are sleeping. Even after complaining to the reception, nothing happens. The section for women only, not really for women. A girl neighbor brought a guy late night in secret and asked him not to talk(and you can hear that like they are sitting next to you). No control. Very uncomfortable, very stressful experience. And the cherry on the top: behavior and attitude of the staff (especially the girls) change based on how you look like (american, european, latino,…) No elevator, only stair so if you have heavy luggages, you will need to use your muscules to get to the 2nd floor. And the most important is that the price is toooooooo expensive for what it is. With that price, you can have a proper and calm room in a nice hotel with zero stress.

The location is perfect, you can easily get everywhere from the hotel. The hotel and all the facilities were very clean, and the staff were amazing, friendly and extremely helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The only downside was the noise. Because of the open ceiling design, you can hear almost everything from the other rooms and communal areas. You also have to be very mindful when talking on the phone, as you can easily disturb other guests. Apart from that, I have nothing to complain about.

The location is amazing. It’s a small room, but it has everything you need for a couple of nights. I felt very comfortable staying on an all-female floor. I only found one bathroom on my floor, and the shower was a little dirty at night.

Great little pod hotel for a solo, budget last-minute room. Very trendy and modern design. But you must know the rooms are not fully enclosed. They are open above, so you are basically just sleeping in a cubicle. You can hear the person in the next room practically breathing.
