Great location, walkable to time square and close to the subway. The staff and their booking system is not very comprehensive in assisting

The property is very comfortable and we enjoyed the happy hour time. The rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. There wasn’t any thing I didn’t like.

Location was great Unfortunately, our stay at Kimpton Theta did not meet expectations. The cleanliness was particularly disappointing: we found a large dust clump under the bedding on the first day, and several pillowcases and bed linens had visible stains. In addition, half of my pyjama set went missing from the room, most likely during housekeeping. We reported this, but there was little follow-up and the item was never found. The reception upon arrival also felt unwelcoming. Overall, the standard of cleanliness, housekeeping and service did not match the price or the level we expected from a Kimpton hotel.

Great location for shows, well maintained, great doorman, rooftop bar was good at night. We went out for meals but there was coffee and tea in the lobby. We were 4 adults but we did see families there, room was pretty sound proof

The staff was so helpful. I love the location and how when inside we felt secluded. The rooms were beautiful and clean.

Location is outstanding Breakfast is poor quality - none of the staff seem particularly happy to be there and it feels like the hotel is just driven by money and not customer satisfaction. Everything costs extra and nothing is complimentary/ included.

Great location lovely staff. The sheets on the bed were very annoying as 2 separate sheets rather than a duvet cover. Meant they just came off all the time.

The room and bathroom were clean and modern, and the hotel is very conveniently located. There is a lovely roof deck with restaurant and bar. But the mattress was not the most comfortable, and the bathroom light was on a motion detector that could not be disabled - meaning unwanted bright lights in the middle of the night, and a lot of wasted electricity since it didn’t turn off when you left. I also disliked that the free coffee and tea in the lobby end at 10am, although you could get a coffee machine sent to your room upon request.
