Hyatt Centric Wall Street New York

Unfortunately, we did have a few issues with the property. I reported a leaking sink and broken lights in the bathroom, but no one came during the day to address them. Then, around 9 PM, someone knocked on our door saying they can't fix the sink because it needed to be replaced. The timing was quite inconvenient. To make matters worse, on Sunday morning around 6 AM, we were awakened by loud banging noises that continued for about 20 minutes. We were told the noise was coming from the gym. Needless to say, it was impossible to go back to sleep after being jolted awake by such loud, pounding noise. Lazslo was very understanding about the situation and kindly waived our getaway fees, which were around $80, because of the inconvenience. We truly appreciated his effort to make things right.

The gentleman that works nights and checked us in was very nice, professional, and caring.

The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and everything felt easy and convenient during my stay.

The staff was amazing, especially Samir. Spacious room and the amenities makes for a comfortable place to stay. I always enjoy staying at the Hyatt centric.

This is our go-to hotel when we stay in lower Manhattan(which we do quite often). Great spacious, clean rooms with very comfortable beds, excellent bathroom set up(tub and shower room separate from commode and separate from sink) great revamped fitness center and a friendly, professional and attentive staff.

Great staff. Very smooth process from checkin to breakfast to room service. Special call out to Wall and Water breakfast staff who was very courteous and considerate of our needs. Made us feel extra special!! Very rare to find these days :)
