Holiday Inn Express New York City- Wall Street by IHG

Great hot water, free coffee, tea and the breakfast was a must. 2 pillows good aircon Curtain didn't block out light and the road noise was loud. Little tight dpace wise but do able. Aircon noisey.

The Location. Lots of really cool places to visit. In walking distance to bagel shops, pizza places, bars, restaurants and the water. Bodega around the corner as well as a liquor store with really reasonable prices and selections. The hotel does provide breakfast we didn't partake but it looked like a nice selection of things to eat. The building was very quiet- no outside noise was heard. The front desk staff was very helpful in providing us with extra blankets and towels on request and calling a car service for us when we needed. The room itself was a bit old and could use a little update(Furniture, wallpaper, bath tub). Some furniture was coming apart and the bath tub was a bit stopped up. We had the King size bed and pullout couch bedroom. It could have been a little bit more comfortable .The mattress was a bit thin. But since we were there only for two nights it was good enough. We did have a cool view though☺️ on the 17 th floor.

The location was accessible, the room and other’s places are clean and the staff was really nice all the time.

Location was good. Free snacks, water and coffee machine were good. The breakfast had a lot of variety. Very pricy for what it's offered. The breakfast area was small and a bit dirty. Bed mattress was way too soft, making my back hurt when I woke up. Room was too small. The building in general could use some renovations.

Front desk could not find my reservation and overbooked the hotel so they basically gave my room away that I had already paid for and couldn’t do anything to accommodate ,

Malik was great. Super helpful and friendly. Helped with all my needs and made my stay allot more enjoyable. He deserves to be recognized for a job well done

Very small rooms but it was comfortable. Some staff were amazing (breakfast staff) and some were not that nice (housekeeping). However, it was a good experience anyway.

El personal de cocina, para los desayunos excelentes. Front desk, no hablaban español y eso dificultaba la comunicación. Durante la estadía estaban haciendo algunas reparaciones y eso es algo que no agrada a los huéspedes. Limpieza del cuarto súper.
