I came back from my holiday, it was a great stay. Everything was walking distance from the hotel to time square. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and organized. Check in & out was very smooth as well. I plan to come back.

The hotel was great! We are a family of 5 and in NYC most places wanted us to book 2 rooms. I found RIU and the price was awesome. When we arrived the staff was professional and all of them were genuinely thankful we chose to stay there. The hotel was very clean. There was a woman cleaning the lobby every time we stepped foot in it. The hotel looked super fancy as my tween girls said! Our room was great and we would stay here again! Thank you RIU staff and Expedia.

We did a theater trip and went to shows every night. We walked to all the theaters. The resort was clean and modern. Morning buffet was very good and staff super friendly.

We had a great stay at RIU Plaza Manhattan Times Square. The location was perfect and made it so easy to walk to so many of the places we wanted to see. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great home base for exploring New York City. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed the breakfast with lots of options to start the day. Even though it’s right in the middle of such a busy area, we found the hotel comfortable and convenient. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to

The way you have breakfast set up was very organized. And when a couple said, they had a family of six you made them wait for all six people to be together. That is the best for breakfast. The location was phenomenal. Cleaning lady was phenomenal.
