Exceptional

The room was clean. The staff was mostly helpful. The breakfast was ok but served in the lobby area. Air conditioning was good but a little noisy.

Enjoyed wine hour on the patio. Breakfast very good

The 2 full size room we had was so compact that only one person could move at a time. Everything was so pushed together with barely any walking space in the room and barely room for 3 people to place their belongings. No trash bags in a single trash container in room either. If a bigger person was in this room they wouldn't have managed well at all. I would estimate maybe a foot between the beds and this like counter top to move around. For the money I spent it wasn't worth it. Also for Expedia they failed to mention it was an extra $100.00 per 24 hours to park my car on hotel premises.

The staff and the amenities was unbeatable. Free water, wine hour, unli coffee, good beds and 2 pillows each, very friendly staff.

Was a excellent stay friendly staff .we sat and enjoyed the night air till 2 am in the front patio with no bothers and quiet street .

Staff was extremely warm and helpful. The free bottled water, coffee and the wine between 4-5pm were very nice for a hot summer day. Breakfast was adaquate for me, but the boys may wish to have a little more meat/sausages. AC was very strong, took us a while to figure out how to adjust it so it doesn't get too cold.

The front desk staff was really helpful and very nice. The close proximity to the train station was so convenient 10/10

Nothing Better rethink before booking. We were recently accused of smoking in our room and was charged $400 and when we told them none of us smoke, they proceeded to still charge us. Not friendly or willing to fix issues.

The elevator had only one shaft that was operational leading to long waits since the car was also very small. Often it was faster to just use the stairs

Convenient location, basic rooms. Nice staff. Easy access.

Good location. Clean comfortable rooms and beds. Great being able to hire a bike free of charge (although deposit required) from the hotel. One elevator broke towards the end of the stay. Breakfast was often very cramped and busy.

Location is great Very crowded, very poor breakfast and not space for the people that take breakfast, two small elevators for a lot of people and high floor building, housekeeping personal blocked the elevators all the time

The room was very cozy and clean, really liked that they give you free water all the time and you can take tea/coffee too. The staff was really nice, they let us make early check in. for sure I would stay again the elevator is really slow, so you have to wait almost 5-7 Min. and the breakfast zone was really full, so many people so its was a bit messy

bed and view where very nice prepay parking was a little much but everything else was great parking could be a little cheaper

Location The AC is not working good. The room is not cold

I like Chelsea so location Breakfast was totally overcrowded. Impossible
