SpringHill Suites by Marriott New Smyrna Beach

Amazing location! Just steps from the water's edge and an easy walk to most of the local restaurants, bars, and shops. Staff was friendly and responsive. Nice lobby and patio for relaxing and having a drink. Only surprise was the additional parking fee. Highly recommend!

Fire pits for cooler evenings in the winter. Breakfast had a variety of tasty options. Walking steps away from Flager’s several shops and restaurants.

Great location. Close to everything. The only bad part was the AC was so loud we had to turn it off during the night and then the room got so hot.

Clean rooms, clean amenities, wonderful staff very personable… We will be back

First the good- the location is superb, the on-site covered parking is clutch in sun and rain, and the pool was excellent. The breakfast spread was top notch and had variety. The bartenders were friendly and made great drinks and food. Now the bad- this place is not well maintained. The single elevator had a super soft floor that was a serious safety concern. The cleaning staff was awful! The rooms were filthy, the bed sheets were stained, and the shower had pink mold. Every time we tried to engage the staff, they complained about how hard the job was, yet we kept catching them scrolling their phones. They don't even clean every day, it's every other day! And the ugly- one morning my 11 y/o son accidentally got locked out of the room on his own. He went to the front desk and told them what happened, his name, my name, and the room number. They literally told him to wait outside the door!! Couldn't even be bothered to call the room about a minor?!? The staff (outside of the bartenders) needs a serious shake up, and the maintenance and cleanliness addressed, and only then will this place be worthy of the Marriott name.

I like the fact that the hotel is right on the beach and on Flagler Avenue My room was overlooking a garage. I paid over $300 a night and they tacked on an additional $20 a day to park my car in their garage.

Location to beach, room was very nice Had hard time getting ice, as well as paid 305.00 for ocean view room, was put in a room with view of building next door and parking lot.

Hotel is on Flagler Ave and the beach...it's close to many restaurants, bars, nightlife, and shops. Underground parking garage is convenient and easy to access. Pool and beach location are very nice. Breakfast is included with your stay, and there is a small cafe and coffee bar on the property.

The gentleman at front desk was very helpful. The rooms are modern. Great breakfast with a relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.
