This hotel was way overpriced for what you get. The pool was dirty and like taking a bath there were ants everywhere. There was no dresser in the room to put clothes. You have to pay $24 per day plus tax to park. The staff have really ugly attitudes as if we did not deserve to be staying on their property and we were locked out of our room at 11 o’clock on the dot before we could get our stuff after housekeeping knocked on our door at 10:59 asking us if we were leaving . We will not return to this hotel.

Arrived early no problem with early check-in. Rowan was at the front desk greeted us found out. It was my birthday and called on the phone and offered to get a complementary wine or beer on the house. Just a great experience all around.

Nice property, great location! Breakfast was just ok they ran out of everything well before it ended. Requested late check and was approved, then twice housekeeping just walked into our room! That was very frustrating.

Nearly everything about the hotel ranks very high, from the cleanliness, to the decor, to the staff. The breakfast was fine for the level of the hotel-typical fare. My only disappointment was the parking fee. $25 a night add-on is pretty steep. I will definitely stay again, however.

Once you arrive they tell you it’s 24.95 a night to park but the staff will quickly tell you that you don’t have to pay it but your car might be towed if you don’t. Also the breakfast was not stocked full of stuff when we came down to eat a 9:30am. The hotel was clean and room was nice. Check in staff wasn’t the friendliest. Check out staff was much more friendly.

I booked a handicap room. The door was so heavy I could hardly push it open. I also expected as a handicap room there would be a shower in the room and not a tub. We chose to skip breakfast as the choices did not look very appealing and most if it looked dry.

We stayed over one night. Very friendly staff, hotel & grounds were very clean, organized, inviting. We were asked which floor we would like our room, which was awesome!! Very close to everything on Flagler Ave. We will FOR SURE stay at this The Hampton Inn again. Thank you everyone at The Hampton Inn!
