Travelodge by Wyndham New Braunfels

The pool was clean but the water was hot due to the summer heat. The room was clean and stayed cool even in over 100°F heat!

Beds were comfy. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's good!

Toilet paper was single ply, one of bed sheets had dry blood stain, stayed on second floor one spot on floor felt like it had a hole (sink hole). Stair rails felt flimsy. Says buffet breakfast but only they had coffee and cereal. Over all slept well, cold room nice. Would stain again for the price.

Place is old but people were friendly and it was clean.

I was a good place for those passing through. Good price, owner was nice, everything else was decent. Had basic restaurants all around. Again, great for need a good cheap place, eat, sleep and then leave. Getting to the location is a little tricky. You have to go through another hotel parking lot to go into this hotel.

Room was bigger than expected clean staff was friendly and parking was brightly lit and safe.

Pool, location and staff Had to move to three rooms because they weren't cooling.but manager on duty took care of us.

Don’t bother. Rooms were not clean , parking lot full of old furniture and trash.

I room at check in had some crystal type stuff all over. Two dead roaches or water bugs. Shower was not clean and hair in the drain. This place is gross, never again.

The room was old and smelly. The bathroom light didn't work. The hot water wasn't hot. There were holes in the linens. There was a hole in the floor that could be felt when you walked over it. It was covered with just dirty carpeting. Everything could have been better. The linens were old. We had 5 rooms. There was a hole in the floor of mine and the bathroom light didn't work and the hot water was lukewarm at best. Another room, the bathroom door didn't function properly and the lock was broken. All the rooms smelled like old smoke from Newports. We asked if there were non-smoking rooms available because on guest has severe asthma and the staff were kind of rude about the whole thing. The price was ridiculous for the grossness of the rooms.

It's an older property that's been renovated. Very impressed with the room itself. Ice makers easy to find and work well! Easy check in, very nice staff. Thanks!

The room looked and felt like the Bates Motel. The only clean thing was the sheets. The smell was terrible, bathroom had barely any cold water, carpet was sticky, and the full kitchen looked like it was from the 1980's. The so called breakfast was terrible coffee. To top off everything, the heat level inside the room was worse than camping. It took 4 hours for the room to drop under 80 degrees. We were sweating as soon as we stepped out of the nasty shower. The front desk offered fans and told us if we needed more fans, that the Home Depot was right down the road. NEVER AGAIN!

Every time we are in new Braunfels we love staying at this one hotel you had a pool in a barbecue a small place to hang out with washer and dryer and cereal and coffee for breakfast shopping center across the street with a gas stations all you can eat buffet place kill Mexican restaurant and you can walk around and play Pokémon GO would you do Got Chili’s in the parking lot and P cherries

There was a bullet hole right beside the bed. There was something slimy all over the head bored. Cockroaches everywhere! Definitely needs better carpet or a deep deep clean!
