Location, breakfast was very good. Had a door issue to the room, it wouldn’t lock when I was about to go out. Maintenance came quickly and fixed it.

The property was well maintained but the pool was not very well kept! There was algae growing on the sides. The room was clean and well groomed. We enjoyed and will stay again on our next trip.

Very friendly staff and the room was clean and cool upon entry. The parking lot was a little confusing to get to. But we managed to maneuver our way to it. It’s behind a building and has one way in.

Breakfast was good and the location was easy to get in the highway. The outlet malls are just up the highway and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Schlitterbahn was an easy 5 minute drive.

they did not keeps us informed when the power went down. We we very hot in our rooms and our food in the was spoiled because of the outage. They did not keep us informed as to when the power was going to be back.

The hotel was hit by lightening and there was no electricity in the hotel for the entire day and night.
