I’ll tell you what, this property was absolutely perfect. It was basically a luxury apartment and we’re so glad we stayed here! We parked off-site close by to save some money on parking. Most Ubers to Broadway were $6-10. Food and coffee near the hotel was BUSSIN. If I had any “complaint” it was that the pool isn’t very deep but honestly who cares. Can’t wait to come back here!

Beds were comfy but the hallway to get to your room was a maze. We would stay here again.

Excellent location. Excellent suite. Excellent valet parking though I would have preferred self parking.

Suites are very spacious and have everything you need in them. They have full kitchen with washer and driers. Front desk staff and maintenance were very friendly and helpful. Very well located. The only thing was there fridges were empty with drinks and there ice cream freezer was filled but no traditional flavors. Otherwise stay was great! Pool area is awesome.

Very nice rooms, staff were very nice and helpful. Loved the free shuttle to broadway. Pool is so nice to cool off and night you can look at the stairs.

I went for my birthday, the staff was super helpful with early check in and valet was very nice and assisted with baggage. Only thing was that the pool was dirty if you plan to hang out at the pool ask the staff about the pool.

Have to ask for housekeeping to empty bins Front desk staff especially Chyna were ex Cellent.

Lobby could use a nice happy hour and music nightly.

The tv was difficult to connect to. There were ants in the bed. We tried to call the front desk only to see the phone wasn’t even connected. The baseboards were dirty and there was a dirty rug underneath the bed. The sink was clogged and draining slow and no room service came in to service the room. Staff were pretty nice but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Honestly, everything was just inconvenient.

When we arrived there was no shower curtain on the shower or linens for the pull out bed. The gentleman at the counter was helpful and apologetic. We noticed dirty marks on the light switch and headboard that looked like chocolate but not sure what it was, I decided to clean it on my own. The AC was not cooling the third day so I mentioned it to the lady at the desk she said okay. The room temperature got progressively warmer but nobody came to fix it. Eventually water began to leak from our ceiling so I called again and this time they sent maintenance. The maintenance man said this was the first he heard about the room temperature. After the room temperature rising to 85 degrees I asked that we be moved. I was told give it a few hours to see if they could fix it, extremely frustrating and inconvenient. We left the room because it was way too uncomfortable. We later got a text saying that they could not fix the AC and moved us rooms. No apologies no offer to send a cart up to assist with moving our stuff from that hot room. It was excuse after excuse recuse- new cleaners l- new managers but all we wanted was an apology.

Super friendly staff, great atmosphere, amazing location. Rooms were immaculate. Valet was friendly and fast service. Lobby could use more snack options since vending is un available. But would definitely stay here again

Great to have laundry in the room. Kitchen was stocked with all of your basic needs. Shuttle to broadway is a plus!

The rooms themselves are really clean and spacious, our room had a kitchen with amenities like washing up liquid, kettle and a clothes steamer. Bathroom was big, only downside we found was the room could use a little more lights around the mirrors, especially for getting ready. Overall, loved this hotel and would stay again.

No complaints. Very clean hotel, very helpful staff, centrally located, and worth the exspense.

This was our second stay at The Motif, and it was amazing. The pool was beautiful and the right temp for how hot it was in Nashville. Our room did have some soft spots in the floor, but overall didn’t affect our stay.
