The decor of this hotel is to die for! And the staff is 25/10! Ricky & Carlton were very charming & so insightful. We will definitely be back because of them & everyone’s hospitality. Loved our stay in Nashville!

Ricky was great! Quick and easy check in... Love happy hour and the pool with a DJ was a bonus! Can't wait to return.

This place is very resort-like. Great staff, nice pool, GREAT restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Live music during happy hour. Can’t say enough good things.

We had a group of people that stayed there to celebrate a birthday. The hotel was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar.

Stayed here for a concert with my son. It was fabulous! Great location, great bar, great pool, great room, and overall vibe. Staff was very attentive and friendly! We would definitely stay again.

The room was great. Pool was amazing. Coffee bar was clutch every morning. Front desk staff was less than helpful and AC in main areas was basically nonexistent. I am currently breast feeding. I called ahead and asked if the room fridge had a freezer and they said yes, which it did not. Not only that but it wasn’t even cold enough to store milk at 49 degrees. When I told the manager about the warm fridge she said yeah it’s not meant to cool food and drinks… I had the front desk storing breast milk for me and after countless times of reiterating that it needed to be frozen they refrigerated it. Not to mention the annoyed look of inconvenience every time I asked them to take it. Very grateful TSA was understanding and didn’t take my unfrozen ice packs or milk-as I put the milk in 30 bags under 3 ounces. Disappointing end to a great trip.

Great, helpful staff. So pleasant and welcoming. Wonderful pool area, restaurants and lobby was terrific as well. Clean comfy rooms.

Great property that I will stay at again.

The check- in process was a mess! Hilton's entire computer system was down for the afternoon into the evening. Due to no fault of their own the front desk staff at the Fraye were stressed out from a day without access to their systems; they had no idea which rooms were ready for occupancy. There was a long wait to check in and find out that the I room reserved was not ready. We had to settle for a king, though I paid for a double queen bed- room. Otherwise, it is a lovely hotel, we enjoyed the roof-top pool on a hot evening. Parking handled by a third party vender and was pricey $72.+ for one night.

This is not a family-friendly hotel — I would not recommend it if you have children, or as a woman traveling without a large group. A group of extremely intoxicated male guests harassed me at the pool, making repeated explicit comments about my body, in front of my husband and young child. It was blatant and public enough that my husband had to step in and confront the man himself, because there was zero staff or management present anywhere near the pool. We went to the front desk and asked for a manager. Staff told us the pool is shared with an adjacent apartment complex and that they have “no control” over who uses it — but we later confirmed these men were hotel guests: we saw them go up to their room overlooking the pool, and again at the hotel bar, where we pointed them out directly to staff. No one asked for our name or room number. No follow-up ever happened. I stayed at this property a year ago with no problems, but this visit was a completely different experience — the smell of marijuana was noticeable at the valet and our room smelled musty and damp. Valet was expensive and was often unavailable exactly when we needed the car.

Great, clean, and friendly hotel. Easy walking distance and great food options available at the hotel. Loved the live music in the lobby. Hope to visit again.

Rooms could use some better maintenance and it's always annoying when a hotel charges extra fees even if you spend plenty of money at the pool bar and the restaurant.
