This hotel was perfectly located - just enough downtown that it didn't feel "busy" and not too far a walk that you were too tired to get back to your hotel in the heat! Rooms were great, nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable.
-
Perfect location for Nashville night life and concert going! The blackout shades were top notch for a good nights sleep and beds were comfy. We got to the hotel past 4 (the check-in time) and our room still wasn’t ready. It took about 15 min for our room to be ready, which cut into our time to get ready for our concert.

I have stayed at this hotel twice! I love the location and easy proximity to Broadway, Hall of Fame, Bridgestone, everywhere! I am always impressed with the friendly staff members, each day! The lobby is welcoming and large enough. I love the breakfast provided, greatly appreciated. Rooms are spacious and comfy!

Front desk , staff at breakfast, and bartender were all awesome. Welcoming. Very good staff.
-
Good location for exploring Broadway. Staff was good. Some bad smells in hallway, especially in the morning. It is downtown Nashville after all. Hotel is well used. Room was clean and no smells in my room.

Hotel was walking distance to all my destinations

Too loud. Every ambulance that goes to pick up drunk people is heard in the room. One after another. Very thin walls, you hear people in the hallways, showering, toilet flushing and everything else. Great location but would not stay there again. 55 dollars to park your vehicle is insane.
-
The only thing that I find difficult to understand is the bar closing at 11 pm but that is their call.

Location and excellent customer service. Buffet in dining could use improvement.

I liked the location and it was very clean. The rooms were nice and spacious. It was a quick check in and out. The breakfast was actually good and worth eating! The only thing that I didn't like about the hotel is that you have to pay 50$ to park in the hotel parking deck, or use valet parking or find another parking lot to park in that you also have to pay for. I feel like if you pay to stay at the hotel you shouldn't have to pay additional 50$ especially when the parking spaces were so tiny. I drive a Honda Pilot and could barely fit my car in the spot that I paid 50 $ for.
