Room was clean enough. Staff was not especially helpful & rushed you with any questions. The pool is great. It's small but am amazing setting. If you drive expect to pay SIXTY DOLLARS A DAY to park your car. Expect 100$ a day incidental, so checking in for several days cost way more initially than what you're expecting even though it's too new reimbursed. To be honest there was no issue with the hotel for the amount of money we paid for it. The issue comes in not being informed about extra costs!

Location!! 10 minute walk to broadway. Restaurants near by . 2 restaurants/bars in the hotel. Right nexts to Martin’s bbq Valet takes a while to bring car. Typically waited 10 minutes or so when using the link they provide

The location, room, facilities and breakfast were really good. I would stay again. Some of the breakfast staff were rude . The room was not cleaned very well. A loud dehumidifier was placed outside our door to dry wallpaper that had peeled off in the hallway. On the last day of our stay the check out staff took cash and charged my card and I ended up out of pocket and could not use my card for a week whilst the error was sorted. Hilton head office shrugged off the complaint directing it back to the hotel who, despite reminders from me, refused to resolve it, or recompense me for the exchange losses I suffered because they charged my card even though I told them several times I would settle in cash that I had left from arrival in a safe box behind the reception area because they would not allow me to pay before check out.

I’ve also never stayed in a hotel this century without a room safe, so I don’t know if I’ve just been lucky however this was the first time for me. We also had an issue getting fresh towels -we were late into our 3rd day and the room had not been cleaned or supplies provided -we had to look for a member of staff to get our own towels. That being said, the staff were all extremely helpful and professional and represented the hotel well.

Location was great, pool was good, room was clean, breakfast was just OK for the price. Pool needs music, even just a speaker.

Excellent place to stay in close proximity to downtown. Hotel was clean and fairly well maintained. Staff was friendly. Didn’t really check out the pool too much. We were there in a heat wave and pool area could have used a bit more shade. That was really the only complaint… which is not really one. I would stay again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is on point, walking distance to everyone . Overall it is a phenomenal place to be.

Make sure you check in or call the property if you are late arriving. They booked us a no show and sold our room. We had a 2 night stay booked but didn’t make until the morning of the first night, but the room was unavailable even for the next night.

The staff was wonderful. the rooms was really wonderful and quiet. none
