The property was clean, comfortable and cozy! I wanted to use a hair dryer, and it turned off after 2 minutes of use. Far from the city center.

Breakfast was fine. I expected that the hotel was closer to the airport. I paid 70E to get there, and 40E to get from the hotel to the airport.

Breakfast was great, The pool was a very welcomed activity after a long day dealing with flight cancellations at the airport. It does close a little early though for a hot summers day (6pm) we were lucky enough to have a little extra time as we only arrived at the hotel 5:45pm. The hotel is very nice and quiet welcome after the chaos of the city streets. It’s a little far away, a shuttle bus at a resonance price would be a great addition to the hotel. Also a kettle in the room would be great. There’s a mini bar at a price. But no complimentary tea or coffee options. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, spacious and cool

Hotel staff Franchisco and Josefa were extremly helpful & friendly and assisted our trip plans and challnges Dependecy on car or the train that did nt function this weekend It is highly recommanded to the hotel to have regular shuttle service to and from the Napoli central train station

No air conditioning and was told it will be okay. Didnt sleep thankfully we were there for only one night.

The pool was nice, and the room was quite large. The food was horrible. Worst Italian meal I’ve had in Italy. The location wasn’t ideal either.

very nice hotel with elegant pool (working) and on site bar and restaurant. location wasn’t perfect by narrow and busy streets, pavement was horribly dirty with dog waste, not much around - e.g. selection of restaurants very limited

Shuttle to the airport—for a reasonable fee. The hotel arranged a taxi. He charged us way more than that trip should have cost: 65€. I was very unhappy with that.
