The staff were so lovely and couldn't do enough for us.Met all our needs and more.Super helpful and made a big effort to communicate with us even though there was a slight language barrier! just the key to the door of our room was a bit annoying.On a very heavy keyring and if you had cases or bags or coats in your hand it was hand to stick it in the correct amt and balance it with one hand in use before it fell out.This happened us when we arrived and fell out and the heavy keyring snapped the key in half??♀️Not what you need when you tired from traveling and just want to collapse on your bed.Staff were great in dealing with it though .

It was clean and comfortable and the staff very nice. The shower door was broken and the shower head too large to avoid. If washing your hair you would turn off the water while lathering up.

Very convenient location. Near the airport as we landed late. Great value for money. Very friendly staff. A great pizzaria a short walk away. Breakfast was delicious. Locked secure parking near the hotel.

It was not what the website advertised. It felt like a dorm room. Breakfast was very minimal. The location was near nothing.

nothing!!! Bad neighborhood, dirty, no elevator, shower was clogged, no elevator. A total disaster, we ran away after couple of hours.

A great place to stay, very friendly staff. Super clean rooms and a great breakfast!

Decent sized room for one person, mini fridge and tv too. Bathroom was big and shower had good pressure. Bath mat hand towel and bath towel all provided and changed each day. Location is not ideal at all, public transport so unreliable. Not easy to get home to late at night.
