The way that the tub and shower drained left the whole bathroom floor slippery. This made things difficult with young children.

They needed to confirm the booking early and inform me earlier as I was informed on the day I was to check in

The food was excellent however the location was off. the breakfast location was equally very cold hence the food got cold very fast - the reception staff did not give full information then the next morning they came with additional charges - the reception staff allocated us to someone else room then we had to be reallocated afresh - the bathroom in the room did not have a cubical for the shower hence the toilet side got wet including the tissue paper

The room was very good nice spa bath or shower, very spacious. The food wasn't up to scratch as per menu not a lot of choice.

Kids enjoyed swimming and bed was comfy. Breakfast: they stated breakfast is served until 10:00Am but by 9:15 Am most breakfast was not available/ cleared away. Booking.com states there is minibar but it wasn’t available. That’s misleading. Uneven floor to the bathroom, easily to trip over. Shower above the toilet, very unhygienic & easy to slip over the floor after shower.

poor network service.. No wifi.... 2 DAYS stay and no one seemed to care to sort it... Travelled for work and hard to check out early because there was n work being done

Staff were great The shower was pouring water while taking showers and the bathroom was not flushing well.

sumptuous buffet breakfast, we all loved it. just 200mtrs from the highway and 7kms to nanyuki town centre the bathroom plan is messy for the family room , partitions would do to avoid water spilling all over the toilet and towel area.

Beautiful place! Owners did not hold back spending on quality. Bathroom water was leaking into the bedroom. Not alot of variety during breakfast
