Breakfast was good with all the usual Kenyan breakfast foods. The cottage was perfect, clean, and we loved their attention to details.

Excellent value for money

The facilities and staff were good. The cottages are well maintained and modern. Great pool. However, we had booked for bed and breakfast, but the buffet breakfast was stale and we’re sure they warmed up previous food (not sure from when ago) to serve because my husband got food poisoning later that day after only having breakfast at the cottage. I was lucky not to have indulged in the food apart from sausages and pineapple juice(which tasted fermented) We had to seek medical care for my husband since he had a continuous running stomach and fever that same night. On our last day we actually just had plain cereal because we didn’t trust the breakfast buffet and even on medication my husband was still not feeling well.

We were given a free upgrade to a suite called Mount Kilimanjaro and everything was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly 100%. We used room service to order dinner to our suite. We loved the smart TV which had Netflix, Prime and YouTube. We were able to park outside our cottage and would happily stay again. Everything was perfect 10/10

Great location, great food. Poor housekeeping.

Breakfast buffet, was amazing. Beautiful scenery. Lovely rooms. Friendly staff Main course pricing unlike the breakfast buffet was a bit unreal considering the price. Not vale for money. Swimming pool too cold.

Disappointing
-
Location close to Mount Kenya and safari park. Kitchen staff was very accommodating with packing breakfast early for day trips. Crowded living too tight on top of neighbors, too loud music at dinner, not good value for money at dinner. Sharing a balcony on three square meters with neighbors is too crowded. Rooms should have been better ventilated.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms were amazing, all facilities were in order, and the location was great! Honestly, I have no complaints about this property Nothing
