Tavar was the most wonderful employee who work the front desk. Each night he would kindly come to our room and set up Netflix for us. He also took family pictures for us too there were 12 of us and he was wonderful to all of us. He even remembered all of our names. They couldn’t have hired a mor lovely person.

LIKE THIS HOTEL COME HERE ALL THE TIME I VISIT MYRTLE BEACH,THE BALCONY VIEW IS THE BEST.THE ONLY BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD THIS TIME WAS THE PEOPLE ON THE FIRST FLOOR WERE SMOKING BY THE POOL,WHEN THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE A SMOKE FREE

The staff was nice, however, we were never able to connect to the internet despite asking for help, when we requested
-
Great location if ur not staying in your room right on the beach with a decent pool family friendly and close to everything
-
I loved that our room was on the main floor, with an easy access to the pool and beach right out the room door.

Although this hotel has been renovated in the recent past, some areas are still a little dated. That being said, the room and the property were extremely clean the staff was pleasant and helpful. The cleaning cat was actually stationed right outside our door the whole time so I was able to get more shampoo, etc. as needed. The corner store right on the property was very convenient as well. Lots of restaurants close by. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.

The staff were great. The hotel is a little older. The location is great. The parking is cramped. We paid for a cool little hotel on the beach and that’s exactly what we got.
-
The only complaint at all… the hotel has no elevator and it is four stories tall. Stayed on fourth floor and had to do the steps uncounted times during our stay. This would have rated excellent across-the-board if the just had an elevator. Room, staff and property was very good otherwise.

This was a last minute trip. First of all we loved the location and how close to the beach this was. The staff was amazing! The hotel.....not so much. It was clean but the patio door was hard to close and does not lock when want to go to the beach. Bathroom door would not close. There are no rugs to catch the sand from both entrances. The washer and dryer needed to be upgraded and the ice maker would not dare inhale the cubes. Mini mart was great and exterior was great.

For the price, you can’t beat it!

We stayed in a room with a small kitchen. The room had two queen beds and a couch. The beds were very comfortable and the room darkening shades were effective. The kitchen had very few utensils but luckily for me my son lives nearby so they brought over whatever we needed. It’s as close as I’ve ever stayed to the beach. We opened the sliding glass door and there was the inground pool and a little further, the ocean. My 11 year old and 8 year old granddaughters loved it. It’s a very basic older building and room, but that was okay with me, because I didn’t have to worry that the girls accidentally breaking anything valuable. I’d stay there again.

All was expected as it wasn't a 5 star hotel. Old, but clean. Staff was helpful when asked. It was great that it was right on the beach. Pool seemed maintained.
-
we were there 4 days. they never cleaned the room or gave us new towels. Staff has terrible attitudes......
-
Convenient location. Housekeeping could do better. Totally soaked the floor when mopping and just moved the sand around instead of removing it. When the floor dried, sand was still everywhere.
-
Mold on balcony were ac unit has dripped…we didn’t need to be near it…Room was OK.. we just slept there at night because we went to where family was staying during day. Hotel is convenient location. Nice size fridge which was very clean.
-
The closeness to the beach & ease of getting onto the beach The metal under penning around the beds. They are awful & will wake you up if you accidentally hit it. Most people aren’t use to them so I’m sure others will agree they are a bit much.

Staff were very friendly. The location was amazing. We were able to stay right on the beach.

No elevator and we were on the 4th floor

The room was very clean and had a wonderful view of the ocean. The outside door was broken and had to push/pull to get it locked everytime we went out. Told the woman at the lobby about it and she knew it was broken so hopefully the visitors will not have that problem. We had a terrible storm and the next day, the ceiling was leaking a bit but it had prior patching also. Other than that, it was good overall. There is a convenient store there also which makes it nice too
