Perfect, close to the old town Perfect

Location was excellent, the folks working were really nice and the rooftop decks were awesome. Room was pretty small.

Emniyetli bulmadigimiz icin tek odaya sigmaya calismak zorunda kaldik. Seyahatimizin tek sorunlu kismi haline geldi ve konaklama konforu kalmadi.

Tiny room. Weak wifi. Bathroom was also so small. The shower was barely usable.

Great breakfast and coffee. Staff were very friendly and accommodating -- impressive service. Great location. I was very impressed with my stay.

The location is great… right outside of the old town. The parking guy next door was kind (€10 a day, not affiliated with hotel). Unfortunately there are so many thing wrong… the unit (2br apt) was in bad shape. The side tables were all falling off the wall, the couch was broken and lopsided, there are screws in the walls where things used to hang, there is oddly no table to sit at (despite having the space), the dishes were dirty on arrival, housekeeping skipped a day, the beds were extremely hard, and the internet was weak or not working. Oh also no sink in the kitchenette so you have to wash dishes in the bathroom. This place is the definition of what happens when you renovate a place using low quality ikea stuff. Please pass.

Clean big spacious room. Friendly staff. Very close to the center and the bridge. Nice terrace to have a view over the city.

Hotel was a short walk from the Old Town, which was a nice reprieve from the crowds. We stayed in a suite, which had a great amount of space.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The staff is world-class friendly, professional, and always ready to help at any moment. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, while the comfort and overall atmosphere are at the very top level. One of the highlights is the phenomenal view of the Old Bridge in Mostar, which makes the experience even more special. The breakfast was also very good, with great quality and a nice variety of options. Overall, it is clear that the owner has done an outstanding job creating a hotel that deserves every bit of praise.

The location is outstanding. The staff is exceeding helpful. Breakfast was good. Big comfortable room. It's a small thing, but I hated that 2 lightbulbs were missing/ not working, because one was in a key place. I asked for it to be replaced, and I believe they intended to, but it didn't get done. The towels were stained, and just didn't feel super clean. The heater was also annoying- only worked if on full blast. These are minor complaints. I still enjoyed my stay.

It’s old and not clean, and the bed is not comfortable. I booked for two days, but I stayed only one day.

Parking was right next door. Price was reasonable. Safe. Easy to find. Breakfast was a little disappointing, for the price. No toilet paper in the room when I arrived. Guy running the hotel felt like a used car salesman. Room was dark. Vibe: This was not a hotel I wanted to spend time in.

Good room, good breakfast, nice rooftop. Terrible sofa bed, so hard.
