The room we stayed is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The check in and check out process is smooth and the owner is super friendly.

Suzanna and her husband were the most gracious hosts! He parked our car for us while Suzanna took us to our room, with lemonade and Turkish Delight in hand. She made dinner and coffee recommendations, answered every question with a smile and was just so warm and welcoming. After checkout, the husband (sorry, can't remember his name), drove our car out of the driveway for us and gave a warm goodbye. They were the best! Location and room was fantastic. Highly recommend. Nothing to add here!

The location was amazing we were literally in the town minutes from the bridge and the staff were so nice and helpful.

We booked the apartment on the 1st floor. The bathroom and sink is rather small, compared to other apartments we stayed in Balkan. So this might be a problem for guests with larger sizes.

Location-Location -Location…and the nicest owners of our entire trip. Right in old town, close to the Stari Most bridge and right around the corner and down a short hill to the water front area with views of the bridge from the bottom. Parking onsite and the owner is so quick to assist with parking so guest do not have to drive the narrow street. Anna the owner was always asking if we needed anything and was able to help and recommend travel options to sights around Mostar. The balcony room was lovely, spacious and clean with comfy bed and AC worked great. Nothing, everything was great!

The location is 3 minutes walking to the Old Bridge, around the corner to great restaurants, Konzum supermarket is nearby and from the balcony you can see the Neretva river. The hosts, Suzana and Nedad are super helpful and very kind. If I had to offer a criticism I say the bathrooms are a bit tiny and toilet paper dispensers would be convenient. Also, the shower door seems to leak water. For me, these were not problems just worth pointing out. You will be happy here!

Suzana and her husband were fabulous hosts. This property is located in a very convenient and picturesque corner of old town Mostar - walkable to all the main sights and many restaurants. The property offers parking right onsite for very reasonable rates, and Nedad provides first rate service driving your car for you through the narrow lanes to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend Mostar and Villa Cardak to anyone visiting Bosnia & Herzegovina or nearby countries. It was truly a highlight of our trip.

This was arguably the best service we’ve ever received anywhere. Suzana was incredibly responsive, helped with every question we had, and even assisted us with some laundry. The room was modern, spacious, and spotless. The location is perfect, just steps from the bridge in Old Town and parking is available for a very small additional cost. Suzana was a wonderful host. The room was perfectly located and spacious. We loved the balcony. The room could use a fresh coat of paint.

The honors were absolutely delightful and welcoming. They gave us excellent service and made us feel at home. I would highly recommend staying there. It is very convenient and walkable to all of the highlights in old town. I cannot think of a thing I did not like
