Hotel Hana

The public spaces in the hotel look basic, but when we entered our room, we were amazed by the impressive vintage interior. It was like stepping back in time. Otherwise, it's a good budget hotel. It's only about 12 minutes walk to the historical centre. There is parking available behind the building, and you can enter the hotel directly from the parking lot (but the door is unmarked). Soap, shampoo and shower gel was provided. Bed was comfortable. It was overall clean. Some of the furniture was falling apart when we touched it. The hotel was cash only even though they have card logos at the entrace door.

Amazing friendly staff, great location near old bridge, room was huge and wonderful. I booked this last second after another lodging fell through, and they were so welcoming here and the room was great. location also great, walking distance to anywhere needed! I loved everything about it

Location is excellent, close to all attractions around the Old Bridge. Parking was available and free of charge. Staff were very friendly and price of room was reasonable. Furniture on the balcony.

We had to supply our own soap, a bit odd since the place was so nice otherwise.

The shower drain was clogged and as it didn't have a deep basin we needed to shut the shower off regularly to keep it from overflowing. Also, we purchased tea as the room had a kettle. However, when we went to use the kettle it was very dirty. I didn't feel comfortable using it.

Whenever they saw me, they asked: is everything ok? do i need anything do I want them to show me directions for the city, sights and more. All praises from the heart. Every subsequent arrival in Mostar only to HOTEL HANA! I didn't like that the old bridge was very high :-) :-)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming and comfortable hotel, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff at reception made us feel welcome and ensured that our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms were impeccably clean and thoughtfully furnished, offering a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. Additionally, the hotel has convenient parking right next door, which was a huge plus, especially in such a busy area. Although we didn't have the chance to try the breakfast, everything else about our stay was fantastic. The hotel is ideally located, just a short walk from all the major attractions, making it the perfect base for sightseeing. Overall, this hotel is a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay. Highly recommended!
