I felt so bad at check in, because we wanted to change rooms. The gal at the desk was more than accommodating.

It was so nice having a super comfortable queen bed! Having a fridge, microwave, ironing board were great. I also appreciated the balcony.

Front desk staff was amazing! However we were asked if we needed towels and trash service. We said yes. It was not done. The front desk apologized and set it up for the following day. IT DID NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! We finally walked over to the front desk and got some more towels and emptied our own trash. Poor service but great people on the front desk!
