Central location within walking distance to everything Stairs

Location is superb and ample parking. Rooms were clean and had a keurig and other valued ammedities. Would like to see some instructions for working the TV. I was fine as i am semi electronics savvy, but my father (whom was in a different room) could not figure it out.

Location was fantastic and the room was large and spacious but a slightly strange set up. It worked perfectly for the one night we were staying and it was very clean with great bathroom facilities and shampoos/lotions provided. The kitchen could have had some cups, plates or cutlery so we could have used it for breakfast or something but nothing provided.

The room was very clean and good size. Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants and shops! The tv remote control was a bit confusing

Location of the Inn was perfect distance to downtown and also the embarcadero. Beds were comfy, room was in a great location. I did not like that people were able to access the rooftop after 8am. I could hear people on top of our room at like midnight. Also the room was a little odd, its like it was the old breakfast room before but overall it was perfect for space and can't complain, anytime I went to the front office no one was ever there at the desk.

It was the right size for what we needed. 3 bedrooms with a kitchen and a patio/deck. Very clean and comfy. Beds were nice with built in floating nightstands and outlets. Only 1 room had a tv, and 1 wall unit a/c that had most of it's air flow blocked by the bed in that room. There wasn't enough parking so I had to park on the street. I wish the fridge was bigger and better.

The lady in the office was very nice and helpfull. The location is very good. No bad lights. No breakfast.

The place looks fantastic and totally remodeled. Unfortunately, we just wanted to stop quickly and get a good night sleep then leave in the morning. And there were 3 major Problems: there is NO water pressure in the shower (zero, I had to use my hands to gather water), the walls were SOOO Thin that we could hear everything next door (I mean everything, including the squeak of the door opening/closing), we couldn't control the temperature inside the room with the A/C unit (it only had an On/Off switch) using a remote control and could NOT set the temperature and leave it. Another thing that was not their fault, but there was construction going on all around the hotel in the morning starting at 7:00 am. If you visited here in a year, it might be perfect but it wasn't for us. REGRET.

The location,the location, location! I requested a room with a shower not a tub, I'm old and the tub have no hand guards for support! Very dangerous for old folks. The second floor patio needs new tables and chairs and a good cleaning. Seagull droppings everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved how close it was to all the shops and restaurants on both Main Street and Embarcadero.

Everything was great as usual! Just checked in, parked, walked everywhere... this is a nice clean quiet place to come back to.
